February 2021 Pet Treater Dog Pack Review

This month is all about good eats! This shipment from Pet Treater included five items: a toy, a gourmet cookie, chew treats, and a bandana.

Pizza Bandana from Pet Treater

We eat a lot of pizza in my house, and even Rufus is a pizza crust lover! This bandana is too cute and features our favorite pizza, pepperoni. I was a little bummed to see so many loose threads on the edge of the bandana this month, but it wasn't anything that pulled the fabric so I was able to clean the edges easily. The fabric is super soft and sturdy and stays on Rufus easily. He looks good enough to eat!

Gourmet Canine Cookie by Woofables for Pet Treater

Mmm, soft pretzels, they make me think of warm summer days at a baseball game. Rufus loves these cookies so much that I can hardly take the photos he is basically in my lap trying to eat the cookie. This little gourmet cookie is a yogurt-iced honey and oat cookie that is made with whole wheat flour, oats, canola oil, honey, and sugar. Cute and delicious!

Pizza Toy for Dogs by Bow Wow Pet

A giant piece of pizza toy to match our bandana! I can't stand how cute Rufus looks with his toy and bandana. This slice of pizza has a nice crinkle sound when you touch it or jump on it. It isn't the best for playing fetch, but Rufus seems to really like laying on it. My kids like to pretend that they are eating it and think they are tricking me that they are eating a real piece of pizza so really it is fun for the whole family.

Heartland Beef Stew by The Pound Bakery for Pet Treater

These grain-free treats were another favorite for Rufus! He gobbled two down, and then I spilled some by accident that he also gobbled down. The treats are small enough that I can give them to him easily and they are soft so he can enjoy them quickly. Each treat is made with beef, pea flour, chickpeas, coconut glycerin, potato flour, cane molasses, sunflower oil, salt, citric acid, lactic acid, and sorbic acid. This bag is really big as well so I know I am going to have these for Rufus for a while!

Verdict: This month's Pet Treater box was a delicious hit! I loved that the bandana and toy matched, plus they look good enough to eat. The bandana had some loose threads this month but nothing that I couldn't fix. As always, the cookie was his favorite treat this month, but he loved the grain-free beef stew treats as well. This month I received four items. I couldn’t find the exact items online, so simply by dividing them up, each item would cost about $3.75. At $15 a month with free shipping, this box is an incredible value for your doggie. I love how excited everyone in my house gets when this box arrives for Rufus each month. He loves the treats and comes to expect that yummy gourmet cookie month after month. Seeing him happy with a full belly and cute new swag makes me so happy, which is what this box is all about for me!

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? No, you’ll receive a collection of pet-approved favorites as a welcome pack. After that, your pet will receive the same monthly shipment as other subscribers. Items vary from shipment to shipment, so you’re not guaranteed the same items pictured here. Standard orders generally ship around the 10th of each month. If you’ve added special requests to your order (allergies, no plush, tough toys, etc.), this may add additional processing and packing times due to the extra labor involved.
