December 2020 Dapper Dog Box Review

This month I only received one info card, which offers general information about the subscription, social media info, and contact information.

Murray is ready to dig in!

Winter Bandana

Every month Dapper Dog includes a festive double-sided bandana. This style is simple to tie and fits perfectly around my dog's neck. This month is festively themed featuring a snowflake pattern on one side and a gingerbread man motif on the flip side.

Here is the bandana modeled on my BFF, Murray (he is my 9-year-old Corgi-Maltese); the medium size fits him to a T!

Ol' Dirty Beard approves!

Bocce's Bakery Pumpkin Cheesecake Biscuits, 5 oz - Retail Value $5.50

Bocce’s Bakery treats are a recurring brand from Dapper Dog and well-loved by Murray. This biscuit has a simple ingredient list consisting of oat flour, pumpkin, cinnamon, and cream cheese. These all-natural, crunchy treats were an instant favorite for the pooch.

Check out his little shades! I love a good blep, too.

Bocce's Bakery Monkey Bread Biscuits, 5 oz - Retail Value $5.50

Here is another bag of treats from Bocce's; they have a fantastic variety of baked snacks with 100% real ingredients made in the U.S.; this recipe is called Monkey Bread. Their simple recipe only has four ingredients: oat flour, banana, cinnamon, and honey! I think this brand does a wonderful job coming up with new treats with new flavors, and Murray absolutely agrees.

Murray will arm wrestle you for this sweet B-shaped treat.

Snowman Toy

This squeaky snowman toy is so cute! Murray had to play tug-of-war with my 1-year-old son who tried to claim it for himself. The squeaker is really hard to locate, and it is impossible for Mur to squeeze alone. He is bummed about that; however, he does love the appendages that stick out of the snowman, like his carrot nose and the ball on the end of his cap.

Every time I pulled my camera out to capture him playing, he stopped to pose.

Festive Bone Plush

This bone is rather plain, but it has a fun, high-pitched squeaker that Murray enjoyed very much. This is a great sized toy for Murray and perfect for his light chewing and playing habits.

Murray was quick to give this plush bone some love!

Verdict: Dapper Dog had a much better month than last! Murray enjoyed every item, and there weren't any repeats this time around. The holiday theme was fun, but I don't think I will keep these toys out for much longer; time to move on! The value of the items received in Dapper Dog usually adds up to what you would pay for the subscription; I think the quality of the toys is about average, but Murray always loves the delicious treats and his new bandanas. This is not a subscription that gives you more bang for your buck, but we typically enjoy all of its contents.

I’m a self-proclaimed “cool mom” who loves a little, who am I kidding, a lot of razzle-dazzle. I have been box-obsessed for over 10 years, and I am always on the hunt for new beauty, fun flair and trendy clothing boxes. A fun night for me includes an exfoliating foot mask and a bag of Dot's Pretzels while binging Rupaul’s Drag Race.
