Murray is ready to dig in!

Harvest and Autumn Leaves Bandana

Every month Dapper Dog includes a festive double-sided bandana. This style is simple to tie and fits perfectly around my dog's neck. This month's theme is "Autumn Leaves," featuring one leafy motif and the flip side has a fun, seasonal pattern.

This is my very favorite pattern from this subscription!

Here is the bandana modeled on my BFF, Murray (he is my 9-year-old Corgi-Maltese); the medium size fits him to a T! Fall accessories are irresistible -- lookin' good!

Petlou Pumpkin Toy

Murray loves this chubby plush! It is a lot like The Dapper Dog Box, except this pumpkin is all fluff, no crinkle. Murray's favorite move on this toy is the big pounce. It is fun to throw around and bounce on, and at the end of the day, it makes a great pillow!

Murray is loving pumpkin season.

Exclusively Dog New York Style Chewy Dog Treats, 7 oz – Retail Value $7.19

This is a repeat item from the January 2020 box; Murray was more than happy to revisit this one! Here is what I had to say about it then:

I love treats that you can just break apart and decide how much you want your dog to have. These square blocks are perforated to help you divvy out the right portion for your pup. Murray loves this type of chewy treat, and it also really smells like a pepperoni pizza! Exclusively Dog manufactures its products in the US using only natural food products not containing wheat, corn or soy.

Still delicious!

Harvard's Finest Chicken & Apple Grain-free Soft Treats - Retail Value $6.99

Mur welcomed these soft, crumbly bites with open arms. Dapper Dog sends out an awesome variety of treats, most of which Murray obsesses over. How do I know Murray loves this blend? He cleaned up every crumb off the floor.

I've never heard of this brand of treats, but this bag was made in the US with no corn, wheat, sugar, soy, salt, artificial flavors, synthetic preservatives, or GMO’s. Wow!

Zippy Paws Pumpkin Spice Latte Toy - Retail Value $10.00 (currently on sale for $7.97)

Another big plush for my light chewer. Any other dog I know would rip this toy apart, but Murray will baby this until the whipped cream is no longer white. There is an average-sized squeaker inside this soft plush, and as you can see, it is huge, just like the pumpkin.

Another great pillow option!

Verdict: Dapper Dog's September box was fun and festive! We are suckers for fall accessories, so of course, we love the bandana, toys and, of course, Murray's favorite, the treats! This month's value of the items I could find online is around $24.18, but that doesn't include the bandana and one of the toys. Month to month, The Dapper Dog Box value usually adds up to what you would pay for the subscription; for us, it is worth the cost to have treats and toys delivered each month, especially at this time.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Yes, sign up today to receive the September box.

Value Breakdown: This box costs $35.99/month, giving each of the 5 items in the box an average cost of $7.20.

I’m a self-proclaimed “cool mom” who loves a little, who am I kidding, a lot of razzle-dazzle. I have been box-obsessed for over 10 years, and I am always on the hunt for new beauty, fun flair and trendy clothing boxes. A fun night for me includes an exfoliating foot mask and a bag of Dot's Pretzels while binging Rupaul’s Drag Race.
