I love Miss Jessie's; the brand has always developed incredible products that work for my thick, curly hair. This Miss Jessie's Leave In Condish is another product in a line of successful formulations. This lightweight, leave-in conditioner moisturizes, combats frizz, and acts as a detangler that leaves my curls feeling super soft and looking shiny without any sticky or greasy-feeling residue or buildup. I have purchased this product for myself in the past and I am super excited to have received it in a box. It's wonderful to see Miss Jessie's products in a subscription. I'm crossing my fingers and hoping Miss Jessie's curly pudding comes next!

I'm so excited to receive this Canviiy ScalpBliss serum; hands down, my absolute favorite item in this month's box. I am eagerly awaiting my locs appointment. I love incorporating protective styles into my haircare routine, and this product is going to be essential. ScalpBliss is formulated with exclusively organic ingredients, including aloe, lavender, witch hazel, manuka honey, and peppermint oil to instantly soothe and calm scalp irritation. With a lightweight, non-runny texture and a convenient, narrow nozzle applicator, this product and its packaging were designed specifically for efficient scalp application. The serum has a delightful, natural peppermint scent that is reminiscent of medicinal products. When applying to my scalp, there was a cooling, tingling sensation. I can only imagine how refreshing it will be when I have my locs in!

I have very sensitive skin and the Rael brand has amazing gentle products. I'm excited to see them in a subscription box. This Rael Hydration Facial Sheet Mask soothes and delivers ultra hydration to skin with a combination of fruit extracts. The mask is designed with a silky soft bamboo that lies comfortably on your face and is formulated with hydrating pineapple extract, orange fruit extract, and rose extract to leave your skin with a dewy glow. My skin literally drank up all the hydration from this mask. My face looked so smooth and dewy. There was nothing harsh about this mask from application to finish.

KNEIPP Bath Oil “Beauty Secret," 0.67 fl oz - Deluxe Travel Size, Retail Value $4.00
This luxurious Kneipp Bath Oil "Beauty Secret" has a subtle nutty scent, derived naturally from sweet almond oil. It's formulated with argan oil and marula oil that contain essential fatty acids and omega oils that quickly absorb and nourish skin. The secret to this bath oil is the marula oil, called the elixir of youth in South Africa, and used as a natural skin remedy for centuries. Add a capful to a hot bath to pamper yourself and to protect and strengthen your skin while improving elasticity. I personally don't take baths; in my opinion, it feels like sitting in a stew of your own filth. But I've been told that if you shower prior to sitting in the tub, that alleviates this issue, but who has that kind of time? So, I gifted this product to my grandmother, who takes a bath every night at 8 p.m., and she absolutely loves it. She loves the brand Kneipp as well and is planning to repurchase.

POO-POURRI Before-You-Go Toilet Spray (Citrus), 0.34 fl oz - Travel Size, Retail Value $4.95
I'm so excited; I've always wanted to try Poo-Pourri but never officially splurged and bought myself a bottle. This Poo-Pourri Before-You-Go Toilet Spray (Citrus) actually works. It is incredible. I know people don't like to talk about the fact that we all poo, but we do, and the odor it leaves behind is less than desirable. But 3-5 spritzes of this magical unicorn of a product, and no one will ever know that you poo. I mean, it's just incredible. I don't know how else to explain it to people who've never had the joy of experiencing an odorless poop. I highly recommend! And I will be repurchasing!

SUNTEGRITY Tinted Impeccable Skin Sunscreen SPF 30, 0.25 fl oz - Deluxe Sample Size, Retail Value $6.95
This Suntegrity Tinted Impeccable Skin Sunscreen with SPF 30 is the triple threat summertime product you've been looking for. It has sunscreen, light coverage, and goes on matte. There's no icky sunscreen smell or greasy texture. The product moisturizes while protecting your skin from UV rays, all while lightly covering any blemishes or uneven skin tone. I love products like this that provide sun protection and a light, natural foundation look. This deluxe sample size is perfect for traveling. I'm going to take it on my next getaway. If you are using this tinted sunscreen, be sure to check the expiration, as the product does expire.
The Verdict: This month's July 2020 Cocotique box was stellar! My absolute favorite item is hands down the Canviiy ScalpBliss serum. I'm so excited to use this on my locs. I also received a Miss Jessie's product, the Leave In Condish, a solid curly hair product from an amazing brand. And the Poo-Pourri toilet spray, something I've always wanted to try but never would have purchased for myself, is another plus for this box. The EcoLips Mongo Kiss Yumberry Lip Balm is a great lip moisturizer from a company trying to make the world a better place, and I love the delicious scent. The mask duo, the MidFlower Rosa Damascena Biocellulose Peel Mask, is so unique with its gel-like texture and left my skin amazingly hydrated, and the Rael Hydrating Facial Sheet Mask is formulated with a ton of ultra-hydrating fruit extracts. I love sheet masks and I'm happy to have received both of these. I also received the SweetSpot Coconut Lime On-The-Go Feminine Wipes, an awesome practical product for the beach, travel, or the gym. The Palmer's Coconut Oil Formula Hair Polisher Serum is perfect for nourishing my hair and giving it a glossy shine. The Hawaiian Silky Collection Triple Hydrate & Define Hair Butter is a wonderful smelling product that has been helping me tame my frizzy flyaways on these humid days. The Suntegrity Tinted Impeccable Skin Sunscreen SPF 30 is a combo product offering natural coverage and sun protection, another great item I'm going to add to my travel essentials. While I won't use the Kneipp Bath Oil "Beauty Secrets," it did earn me some brownie points with Grandma. According to her review, it's an excellent product for anyone who enjoys a relaxing bath. The estimated total value of this box is $82.54. I think that is an amazing value and I love how this box sends skincare, body care, and haircare. I think the variety is great. It's convenient to receive everything you need for your skin, body, and haircare delivered right to your front door. I'm a fan of this box!
