CatLadyBox March 2020 Review

CatLadyBox is always full of fun, cat-themed lifestyle items. Let’s see what was in store for March:

I love how the information cards have custom artwork every month. And the back has more information about the items in the box. This month has a coffee shop theme.

Cat Lover Coffee Mug - Listed Value $17.99

A coffee shop themed box wouldn't be complete without a mug. I love the graphic on the back of this, especially. I don't drink coffee, but I do drink a lot of hot tea, and I think this will go to my office (I've actually taken a lot of CatLadyBox items to my office, they're slowly taking over).

Pet All the Cats Shirt - Listed Value $22.99

This is totally me. I was at the vet's office the other day, picking up medicine for Angus, and there was an office cat there running all over the counter and I was like so interested in petting the kitty that I almost forgot to sign the credit card slip. This is a little big for me (the smallest size offered is S) but will be great for running errands on weekends.

Pretty Cat Butt Coaster Set - Listed Value $19.99

I showed the backs on a couple of these because they are really nearly as pretty as the fronts. These, like the mug, are going to my office, just to brighten things up a bit. They are made from felt and are embroidered; they should absorb liquid from sweating cold glasses nicely and protect surfaces from hot mugs, and also should not scratch nice surfaces.

Marshmallow Paw Cat Toy - Listed Value $4.99

This is a catnip plush that is a good size for kicking around. Madison was very interested in this but of course every time I tried to take a picture he looked at me (OK, glared) or tried to hide behind the bed. It was also good for face-rubbing, according to Monkey.

Swizzle Stick Wand Toy - Listed Value $7.99

This comes with several replacement ribbons (strips of stretchy fabric, really) so even if they get damaged from vigorous play, the toy is still useful! You could even add more than one at a time if you wanted. My cats thought this toy was amazing; you can see some pictures of them with it below.

Gratuitous cat photos:

Madison kept getting freaked out because my husband kept going in and out of the room but you can see him (Madison, not my husband) lurking in the background in one of the photos.

Verdict: I calculated a value of about $73.95 for the March 2020 (Crazy) CatLadyBox. This was a good box for us. The shirt accurately reflects my attitude, the coasters are fun, and the mug will get used (for tea, not coffee, but that doesn't really matter). The ribbon toy was especially popular with the cats, as well.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Officially your subscription would start with April’s box, but way back when I signed up, I was contacted to say there were a few of the current month’s box left over and asked if I’d like one of those. So it may be worth inquiring.

CatLadyBox never does me wrong! It’s my favorite! My cats are also obsessed with that wand toy. So silly because it’s literally a strip of fabric on a stick. Cats!!!

I love that the coasters “should not scratch nice surfaces”….unlike my furry children! Great review.
