@MSA, do you have any intel on what’s going on with Birchbox’s customer service? I reached out to them on January 8th because I still haven’t received the Beachwaver or my December box-but received my January one-and still haven’t heard back. I can’t reach back out because their website says:

“Heads Up! We are experiencing higher than normal outreach and appreciate your patience. We will respond to your message in the order in which it was received. Submitting multiple messages will push your inquiry further down the list.”

My December box still shows awaiting shipment-so they created the fedex label, but never sent it out. I don’t know what to do-the promo is the only reason I signed up, and I’m so disappointed I can’t get a response 🙁

I sent them an email on January 2 and only received a response today! Crazy! And I had to reply back since the issue wasn’t resolved, I hope it doesn’t take 2 more weeks for a rep to answer.

I ordered something from their shop before Christmas and it was lost in the mail. Got tracking # which showed that it never got delivered. I sent maybe 5 or 6 emails to their CS. I thought if I annoy them enough, they would have to respond. They actually did respond about 2 weeks later and sent me a replacement. I would send another email and keep bugging. Maybe your 1st one got lost
