Panda Pals January 2020 Review

Wikki Stix - Buy a 24 pack for $3.95

Each month we receive a "socktivity" and this month we received an 8 pack of Wikki Stix! These twistable, stickable, buildable, multicolored sticks are so much fun! I actually have purchased these in the past for a road trip activity, and the kids loved them! Charlie likened the appearance of these to licorice and loved creating the included dot-to-dot and his own letters. I think this has been our favorite "socktivity" yet!

If you check out the Wikki Stix website, they even have Valentine's favors as a candy-free option for friends and family!

Snowflake Socks

It's January, and nothing says January like snow- especially in Minnesota! Seriously, we just got 10 inches TODAY, so these blue snowflake socks were absolutely spot on! I loved the fact that they incorporated light and dark blue, and sprinkled various snowflake patterns throughout the entire sock. The light blue toe and heel add just the right amount of contrast and make them really cute. Like most socks they send, the "Panda Pals" logo is printed on the top of the toe in the matching blue font. Charlie wears a size 12 shoe, and these fit him perfectly. In fact, these are the only socks he wants to wear. Because the pattern was so perfect for our snow day, he had to take off his Panda Pals "Bookworm" socks, and replace them with these! I'd call that a win!

Polar Bear Socks

Awe!!! Look at the cute polar bears! I am loving all of the detail that these socks have- check out the fish dinner toward the toes! So cute! I also really appreciate the fact that when you place the left and right sock together you see the entire "canvas." Like the above socks, they feature the "Panda Pals" logo on the toe and they fit Charlie's foot just right. He loves that these don't sag and fall off, but aren't so tight that they hurt his legs. He had a really hard time choosing between these and the snowflake socks to put on right away, but wanted to save these for school on Monday!

Verdict: Panda Pals is great! My boys get so excited to see what theme of socks they will receive each month, and what kind of activity they might get! I have to say, this was our favorite month yet! We loved the Wikki Stix as the activity and found them to be extremely fun and different. We also loved the polar bear/snowflake theme, as it was a perfect fit for January. Like I have said before, these socks are Charlie's favorite, and from lots of experience, they wash up nice, don't stretch out, and still look brand new after months and months of wear! We can't wait to see what they send next month!

To Wrap Up:

Can I still get this box if I sign up today? Each package is customized by size and gender, so yours might look different! If you order today, your socks will be sent USPS within 3-5 days of account activation and will be sent around the same time each month.

Value Breakdown: At $16 a month, you are paying $8 per pair of socks, which is a little higher priced than other socks, but you are also helping people in need by purchasing!

Becca – did you receive the Kids socks for December 2019? (Maybe I just missed your review). We finally received our November socks after multiple messages to the company and then nothing in December. I messaged Sock Panda and they created a shipping label for December on 12/21, but USPS never received the socks. We messaged again and they promised to expedite them. We just received the same January socks you reviewed above, but still no December socks! I signed up for 2 annual subs for my kids as holiday gifts from my parents, but have had a great deal of trouble trying to get the products we purchased!
