So I got this deal and just received my box today! I got the pink scarf and sweater. The earrings came in a large organza bag with extra info – everything had information about it or the story behind it. I really liked that some of these were quite practical – how many people a piece provided income for for how many months – and some were very inspirational.

I didn’t think I’d like the little bracelet from the pics, but I actually love it! It’s delicate and hangs great, and the color statement beads are sweet. I love the brass beads – this will pair well with a lot of copper bracelets I have.

And one thing they did which I now wish all subs would do is they included a *sample* card of the perfume along with the rollerball. This was a great way to sniff and try it out first before opening it, just in case I hated the scent and wanted to pass it on as a gift without opening it up. I’m pretty sure I will like this one, though. It’s a soft, creamy floral with a bit of a spicy/peppery note to balance it.

The scarf is jerga fabric so it’s thick, but not super thick like a blanket would be. It’s long, so would make a nice table runner. I was initially hoping I’d get the dark blue, but the pink is really fun.

Overall, great first impression! This box had a really balanced curation and I liked all the items. The only item that didn’t quite wow me was the reusable coffee cup – it’s pretty thin, but then it only has a $6 rv tag, so I don’t think it was meant to be a heavy duty thermos or anything. But the handmade items were great and I loved seeing the thought put into each piece.

I received the spoilers in my email on the first — subject was Your Winter Box is Coming! The spoilers are:

Glow stick in Moondust (Value $25) – by baijer beauty (sp?)

Reed Diffuser in Amber (Value $40) – brand has a “t” and a “t” combined

Hand Cream in Dalia or Vainilla (Value $24) – by GYV

Sample Skincare Pack + cosmetic bag (looks like canvas material) (Value $40) – from Care. They show samples of micellar water, eye and lip cream, moisturizer and some other bottles I cannot see in the picture

Cooling Anti-Stree Essential Oil Roll-on (Value $20) – by the same TU company as the diffuser

Pom Pom Keychain/Bag charm (Value $15) – from Meraki Wayuu

DIY Ornament in Heart Cactus, Crest Heart or Potted Cactus (Value $10) – from Crafty Chica

Wish I could post pics!

I don’t actually need anything on that list, but if I didn’t have product overload it would be fun. 🙂

I haven’t seen any winter spoilers. Any idea when winter will ship? I’m already a subscriber

I caved! I need to contact CS and make sure it’s the Fall box, though, since my account mentions “Quarterly – Winter.”

Since I missed out on the Margot Elena winter box and they cancelled my annual I haven’t gotten a ‘treat’ box yet. This looks more like what I was hoping Causebox would turn out to be. 🙂

On their instagram they have an ad for this same box and 50% off that says “Final Days of Fall” – so I guess this is actually the box we would get?

Extremely tempted if so, especially when I looked over the review for it and saw the earrings and scarf up close. I love all the artisan items in the box!

It is! This was last quarter’s box. New spoilers have been released for this quarter, though I’m not sure I’ve seen MSA post them yet.

Where are the spoilers? I wanna see!

Jennifer

Good to know. I think I’d want spoilers. It looks like a balanced curation, though!
