Goddess Provisions "Awakening the Lightworker" November 2019 Review

Here's the info card with the theme and product list for the month. The theme is "Awakening the Lightworker." Time to shine.

Let's dive in!

Goddess Provisions Organic Lightworker Socks - Listed Value $14.00

Cute! Who can't use more socks in the winter? These adorable patterns of crystals, stars, and planets are unlike ones I already have. Made of organic cotton, I bet I end up wearing these a lot this season, especially while relaxing on my couch drinking tea.

Ha'vanah Star Lightworker Altar Cloth by Access Our Eyes - Listed Value $25.00

This is probably the prettiest altar cloth I have ever seen. Like, if Sailor Moon used one, it would be this one! The palette is limited to gold, silver, white, and the prettiest pink! The ink itself is infused with selenite and the white modal cloth is made of beech trees. The edges are finished with beautiful metallic gold threading.

Crystal Bar Soap 'Inner Light' Mini Bar, 2.5 oz - Listed Value $8.00

This is one lovely bar of soap! The back is a pink to purple ombre effect of shimmers and the front half is clear, with glitter and a triangular piece of quartz. It smells like peppermint and left me feeling super clean and invigorated. I always love when I get to use a bar of soap that is basically a work of art!

Heritage Store Rose Petals Rosewater, 2 fl oz - Retail Value $4.79

Years ago I asked an older woman with EXCEPTIONAL skin what her secret was. She replied "A prescription level retinol and rosewater, darling." I have made both staples in my skin routine ever since that conversation! I usually meet my self-imposed rose quota with mists just like this, so I am happy to get more in a box, especially since I use a ton of it regularly. I like to use mists like this when I wake up, throughout the day, and also before my nightly creams and serums. It is such an easy (and fragrant) way to add a little extra hydration to your skin.

Seed of Creation Ritual Lighter Case - Retail Value $33.00

I absolutely love this lighter case! I think it is just so cool. I am not a smoker, but I always keep a lighter in my purse just because it is always good to have one on hand. This turns my normal (boring) Bic lighter into a beautiful accessory. It also makes every candle I light somehow feel much more special!

Goodio 'Winter Glow' Chocolate Bar - Buy 3 bars for $19.95

The description of this bar had me practically drooling. Dark chocolate with coconut, cinnamon, orange, cranberry, and ginger? And topped with mulled wine crystals?! SIGN ME UP. It was freaking delicious. I am typically a milk chocolate kind of girl if I have a choice, but those wine crystals made this an exceptional bar of chocolate. I loved it.

Aquamarine - Listed Value $4.00

FYI: This stone is under an inch long.

Aquamarine is a water stone, and somehow so appropriate for a season of snow and ice! Known for its ability to provide clarity to difficult situations, this might make a great bra stone during a season filled with so many feelings, celebrations, old memories (both good and bad) and change.

The Verdict: This Goddess Provisions box was so beautiful. Literally, everything was gorgeous to just look at! I loved this assortment. My fave items were probably the altar cloth, lighter cover, and that yummy chocolate. I thought they did a great job with the overall theme and each item felt really special.

I love natural/vegan beauty products, Korean skincare, unique jewelry, and weird candies from far away places. When I am not waiting for my next exciting box you can find me painting or taking photographs of interesting people. I never leave home without pug hair somewhere on my shirt and a bold lipstick on my smile.

Megan, FYI – this box IS still available as a one time purchase via their website. The downside is that it costs $44 that way! Or you can buy just the socks and/or lighter at RV you have listed above. (Unfortunately I’m iso the altar cloth).

This November box and the September box were not winners for me. I didn’t find any unique items in this box, although the chocolate was a nice product, and didn’t understand how a unified theme was curated in this box. However, the December box is lovely and filled with interesting items. I felt the December box, which focused on the last full moon of 2019, was beautifully curated.

The only non-unique item in this box was the rosewater. They have tons of it at TJ Maxx. The lighter cover was literally made exclusively for this box.

Also, I don’t see how the light theme is difficult to pick out. *shrug*
