I ordered 3 boxes during the sale, but I only received 2. So I emailed CS. Now wondering if this other box is out of stock.

During the Black Friday sale, I got the 3-box deal. I was excited to see The Face Shop cleanser that I’ve been wanting to get, so I bought 3 of that box. My delivery came yesterday, I opened it up…and no cleanser in any of my boxes! Just some useless nail drying sprays!
There was nothing in the product description to say that there would be substitutions from the pictured product, so I feel like it was a bait-and-switch. A shady business practice!
Emailed CS right away, and I have yet to get a response. I’ll update if I hear anything back to resolve my issue, but as of right now, just warning y’all to be careful before buying anything from this company!

I feel the same way. Was really looking forward to that cleanser. Didn’t even think twice that there will be variations. I only got 1 box thank God but really is wondering if anyone got the cleanser. I know when this box was reviewed on here they had nail polish spray. Got nail polish spray too which went straight to trash. Would be curious to know what they say. If nobody got the cleanser that’s very shady.

I would like to use it but my sub ends this month and I don’t want another Dec. box. I’ll call and see if they would honor it starting January.
