One side of the information card typically has a little more information about the snacks in the box and the other side has a workout for you to try.

Fit Snack Box November 2019 Lebby Sesame 1 Fit Snack Box November 2019 Lebby Sesame 2

Lebby Chickpea Snacks Sesame Honey (3.5 oz) - Buy 6 bags for $29.99

This brand was completely new to me. I'm happy with the large size, as well. These are whole roasted chickpeas with a sesame honey coating. Unlike other chickpea snacks, the flavor is an actual coating with identifiable parts, not just a dusting of flavored powder and salt. These have quite a short ingredients list and yet the flavor and texture work quite well, which is not something I can say for all foods with a short ingredients list. I am a fan and would not mind seeing these again in another flavor.

Fit Snack Box November 2019 Lebby Chocolate 1 Fit Snack Box November 2019 Lebby Chocolate 2

Lebby Chickpea Snacks Milk Chocolate (3.5 oz) - Buy 6 bags for $29.99

Here is another large bag of these in a different flavor. These remind me a little bit of Whoppers malted milk balls but the centers are chickpeas so they're a little denser and also better for you. They do have a fair amount of sugar but they are milk chocolate so that is not so unusual, and the sugar is balanced out by some protein and fiber.

Fit Snack Box November 2019 Angry Mills 1 Fit Snack Box November 2019 Angry Mills 2

Angry Mills Non-Caffeinated Protein Infused Almond Spread, Chocolate Chaos (12 oz) - Retail Value $13.99 (currently on sale for $13.29)

This is nut butter with added whey protein -- both rice and whey-based. The texture works well (I know, because we've received this exact product in this box before). I had these with the oat grahams that you'll see later in the review but there is a lot left for my husband to snack on. Word of advice -- if you are interested in this, don't buy it on Amazon, where a bunch of third-party sellers are charging outrageous prices for it.

Fit Snack Box November 2019 Bean 1 Fit Snack Box November 2019 Bean 2

Bada Bean Bada Boom Garlic and Onion (1 oz) - Buy 3 oz for $2.99

These are roasted broad beans. I'm pretty sure these used to have a different name and I have to admit, I don't know if I'd ever ask for this by name because I'd feel pretty silly doing so. However, the texture of the beans is great -- not too hard -- and I am always happy with garlic and onion flavored snacks. It's nice to see some branching out from the usual chickpeas (which I like, but which are quite common now).

Fit Snack Box November 2019 Hippeas 1 Fit Snack Box November 2019 Hippeas 2

Hippeas Vegan White Cheddar (1.5 oz) - Buy 6, 4 oz bags for $14.40

Oh, Hippeas. These show up in a food subscription box at least once a month, usually in this flavor. I do not think these taste like actual cheese, but they're not bad, either. These are made from puffed chickpea flour and they have a nice and airy texture while still being crunchy. I'd like to see the other flavors more often, though, as some of the spicy ones are pretty good.

Fit Snack Box November 2019 Fig 1 Fit Snack Box November 2019 Fig 2

That's It Apples + Figs Mini Bar (0.7 oz x 2) - Buy 30 for $24.99

These are super low in calories but if you take small bites, they are still chewy enough to make you feel like you're eating something more substantial. They have fruit in them and nothing else, hence the name. These are pretty figgy -- I think the apple is just filler. You can find these in the larger size at Target in individual packages if you want to try them out before buying (often in the checkout line).

Fit Snack Box November 2019 Protein

Plantfusion Complete Protein Red Velvet Cake (1.06 oz) - Buy 2 pounds for $57.95 (on sale for $45.99)

This is hypoallergenic plant-based protein (free of the 8 major allergens). I have had this before in chocolate and vanilla but I have never tried the red velvet flavor before. It is pretty sweet and somewhat artificial tasting, or, in other words, exactly like real red velvet cake. I put this in my smoothies over several days to cut the sweetness a little bit.

Fit Snack Box November 2019 Oat 1 Fit Snack Box November 2019 Oat 2

Nairn Oat Grahams (1.4 oz x 3) - Buy 5.64 oz for $5.09 (on sale for $4.12)

These are gluten-free and it was kind of nice to have them on hand to try out the nut butter. These are super dry on their own and really do need something like a spread or dip, or perhaps a dunk in a hot beverage. They have a hint of sweetness and might work as a cheesecake crust if you need to avoid gluten.

Fit Snack Box November 2019 Libra 1 Fit Snack Box November 2019 Libra 2

Libra Meal Bar, Bruschetta (4.2 oz) - Buy 6 for $30

This thing is strange. I think to make it better, it really needs to avoid mixing savory and sweet flavors (like, they have a pie spice flavor one that probably tastes much better). This is like eating a fruit and nut bar mixed with Italian seasoning and it's a strange experience. Because this also has egg whites in it, it is a jaw workout (similar to Rx Bars, which also have egg whites). This has 31 grams of protein, which is a lot, but also 33 grams of sugars (not added, but still a lot). This also has fat and fiber. It's meant to be a meal replacement, so it does cover a lot of bases from a nutritional standpoint, and unlike most products of that sort, it really would probably work in a pinch to replace a meal since it's 500 calories.

Fit Snack Box November 2019 Teaonic

My Gut Mojo Herbal Wellness Shot from Teaonic (2 fl oz) - Buy 12 for $36

Hmmm. We received some of these in the Vegancuts Snack Box awhile back so I guess this brand is doing an ad campaign of some sort. Unfortunately, these just don't taste good. It is SOOOO tart since it has cranberry juice as well as hibiscus. The bottle also says "lemon" but the ingredients list on the website doesn't, so I don't know what's up with that. This is the kind of thing you make yourself drink because you think it will be good for you but not because you find it enjoyable.

Verdict: The November Fit Snack Box had 10 items for an average value of $2.89 per item (I'm counting multiples of the same item together). The nut butter and Lebby snacks and Libra bar together are worth more than the cost of the box, so you can consider the rest as extra. I appreciated trying some things (protein powder, meal bar) in flavors I hadn't had before and I also appreciate learning about some new snacks (e.g., chickpeas). Plus, everything was vegetarian this month, which is not always the case.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Boxes ship out around the 20th of the month so it is too late to get November’s box.

Value Breakdown: At $28.90 for this box, you are paying about $2.89 per item.
