Panda Pals November 2019 Review
Each month we receive a “socktivity” and this month we received this fun coloring page with extra activities!
Our “socktivity” this month teaches us all about bats! We received a coloring sheet with “Matt the Bat,” fun facts about bats, vocabulary lessons, and a matching game! Hank has been learning about nocturnal animals in school, so this was extremely fitting!
Bat Craft Kit
We also received a small foam craft kit. This kit came with all of the necessary parts to create a small foam bat magnet.
My boys were able to create their own “Matt the Bat” in less than a minute!
Didn’t it turn out cute?
“Matt the Bat” Close-Up Socks
I am absolutely “batty” over these socks! Not only are these socks a great color for most of my boys’ outfits, but they also have little bat ears that stick out for added dimension! Like all other Panda Pals socks, they feature the Panda Pals logo on the toes, and a fun close-up of “Matt the Bat” on the fronts. The navy and bright blue contrast is really striking, and a lot of fun. Hank was my model for this pair, and they fit his size 1 foot perfectly.
Full Moon “Matt” Socks
The second pair of socks we received this month are these adorable brown-and-black patterned background socks featuring a yellow moon and a bright blue Matt. Charlie had first dibs this month, and he was all over these. They match pretty much everything he wears, and are just plain fun. This pair also features the Panda Pals logo and is soft and comfy like always.
Verdict: Panda Pals is awesome! My kids get so excited to open this package when it arrives in the mailbox. They loved this month’s bat-themed socks. The only qualm I had was that we received these socks on November 1st. I feel these would have been more appropriate in October. That is definitely not going to stop my boys from wearing these though! These socks are always a favorite, and I can tell from personal experience that they wash up great, and don’t stretch out. Not only were the socks a hit, but the “socktivity” was awesome as well. We had a blast creating our very own “Matt” and learning about nocturnal and diurnal animals. We can’t wait to see what they send next month!
