I received my mystery box today and am a bit underwhelmed. Three face wipes, a trial size face balm, bottle opener and luggage tag that says “This Bag is Not Yours.” But since it was free, I guess I can’t complain. Hoping the actual box I bought will be a little more impressive.

My experience has been that Bespoke Post has some of the best customer service around. Even if they don’t get back to you immediately, they will be sure to offer a resolution that will make you happy.

I’ve only ever texted them and they usually respond in a couple of hours and are very nice. Not sure what their response rate is on their emails though
