Postmark'd Studio PostBox "Brown Bag" Review

Anne always sends a super cute little note in a tiny envelope. Can we also just take a second to "aww" over how this school lunch/food-themed box came in a brown paper lunch bag? SO cute!

Also making an appearance is our customary blue postcard.

The back of our info/product card tells the story of Quick Brown Fox Letterpress. One of our cards below is from them!

PB&J Sandwich Booklets by Inkello - Retail Value $5.00

These PB&J mini booklets are so darling. The "bread" cover is even textured and the inside is a mix of brown and purple sheets for all of your lunchtime thoughts or grocery lists.

I Am Missing You Card by Quick Brown Fox Letterpress - Retail Value $5.00

Haha, sometimes this subscription sends the funniest cards! This is the sort of sentiment that is perfect for me to send to one of my girlfriends who I haven't seen in awhile who shares my slightly twisted sense of humor.

You Are All That Card by Elum- Retail Value $5.50

My letterpress-loving fingertips love all of the delightful texture happening on this card! The palette of maroon and mustard yellow is pretty wonderful too, and this card is nicely finished with a handsome kraft envelope.

Apple of My Eye Card by Clap Clap - Retail Value $5.00

I was charmed by this pink card at first sight. I like the vector look of the apple illustration and the pretty cream envelope.

Thinking of You Card by Food for Thought Cards - Retail Value $3.25

A cute card and a good cause? Sign me up! With every purchase of one of the Food for Thought cards, this company donates food to food banks around the country.

To date, Food for Thoughts Cards has happily donated the cash equivalent of 45,671 PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY SANDWICHES to food banks, food pantries, soup kitchens, and other organizations that feed the hungry.

Mr. Zip Lunchbox Postcard

This is a Postmark'd exclusive postcard featuring Mr. Zip, the mascot of the zip code.

Lunch Box Notes by Inklings Paperie - Estimated Value $8.00 (Buy a set of 24 for $16.00)

I don't have children, but I would have absolutely gone nuts for these as a kid! It is basically a kit that allows you to create your own scratch-off secret messages! Simply write your message on the white rectangle (we found a Sharpie works best!) then apply the metallic sticker ontop. Your recipient can grab a coin and scratch the surface to reveal your message!

Vintage Stamps

And here is our monthly envelope filled with vintage postage. Anne always includes a postage calculator for those of us who are mathematically challenged.

Verdict: Postmark'd was pretty much a perfect lunchbox theme for a back to school time of year. Though I don't have kids, I do sometimes make Will lunches for work and I might have to sneak a sweet note into his brown bag ever so often. The assortment of cards was beautifully curated and I pretty much know exactly who will be receiving each one already!

To Wrap Up:

I love natural/vegan beauty products, Korean skincare, unique jewelry, and weird candies from far away places. When I am not waiting for my next exciting box you can find me painting or taking photographs of interesting people. I never leave home without pug hair somewhere on my shirt and a bold lipstick on my smile.
