Yes please!! Makeup, etc boxes are so much fun, but this is a box with the potential to help a person’s wellbeing. I’ve already ordered it, but a review could help start a buzz abt this box

Yes I’d love to see a review! There are a couple of similar boxes that I’ve been looking at so a review would definitely help me compare.

Yes please. I don’t know how I feel about doing exercises from book but I could surely use this box in my life…..without books for me though.

Um..so I had a question for them and could not find any contact info at their website (not cratejoy but their actual website). Seems like a great box but I am leery if I can’t contact their customer service directly.

Does anyone have a customer service contact phone number or email addy? I am really interested in this box.

Sammee

Yes please. I’ve been looking for a good but fun self-help box, but it seems like the ones that attempt to go the self-help route eventually turn into beauty boxes.

No thanks. Stresses me seeing that purple spider! Workbooks? I have no time for that. Regular sub. boxes are my stress relief. I don’t want one called stress-relief.

As someone that has struggled with anxiety for many years I’m intrigued by the theme of this box. However, while the workbooks are undoubtedly a useful tool they just aren’t something I would use. I go to therapy regularly and it’s a struggle just to find time for that with an eight month old, a teenager and a husband, so essentially three kids lol. I would still consider subbing if those workbooks weren’t the main component of the box, so I would enjoy seeing a few reviews. That owl candle holder is adorable!

Mary

Agreed. Workbooks sound good in theory, but they always end up adding to my anxiety. Feels like one more thing to put on my overflowing to-do list!

Reply ButtonReply

WB

Exactly! Then I feel guilty for not finishing it and in rolls the anxiety depression.

Ash

I totally understand where you are coming from. I struggle with anxiety/depression and am a single mom of a 14-month-old. There’s’ never any relief.

Tiffany

I developed postpartum anxiety. Medication has really helped. If you haven’t explored that yet, maybe consider talking to your doctor. It changed my life.

WB

Oh my. I did the single mom thing for several years when it was just my daughter and I. Toughest years of my life but also the most rewarding. Anxiety and depression are a constant struggle but if you can parent a toddler by yourself you can do anything.

Kimberly

I need 20 of them..haha. Yes, please review!
