FabKids (little sister brand to Fabletics and JustFab) is a monthly clothing subscription for boys and girls that allows you to shop in two ways - you can shop the regular store, or you can sign up for their VIP membership. VIP memberships work like this:
- Take the FabKids quiz for your child (for multiple children you can add a kid) to note their size and style preferences.
- Each month, FabKids releases a new collection and they will curate looks that match your child's preferences which you can view in their personalized Fabshop.
- Shop those looks at 40% off what you’d get just paying retail, or skip the month. You have to make your decision by the 5th of the month. If you do neither, the $29.95 monthly membership fee will be saved to your account as a credit, which you can put towards other outfits later.
- As you shop, you’ll also earn points that can be applied towards future purchases.

When you sign up they will ask you a few questions about your child: their name, age, clothing size, favorite weekend activity, and which outfit you prefer out of a few options. This helps to personalize your child's "Fabshop" each month. If you have multiple kids you are shopping for, there is an option to "add a kid."

Golden Flower Outfit - Retail Value $46, VIP Cost $29.95
This month I let my daughter help me choose her outfit, and while there were a lot of dresses and animal tops that I thought she would choose, she surprised me by picking this more casual outfit. I was glad that she chose something a bit different than her usual style and I think this is such a cute outfit for her to run around in play in while also looking stylish. It also feels like an age-appropriate choice and not too mature which I appreciate since she is just growing up way too fast! I have listed each piece separately below since they are also available as individual purchases, although we did save $2.95 by purchasing them together as an outfit.

Floral Tassel Top, Size S (6/7) - Retail Value $30, VIP Cost $19.95
This top is so fun with the little pink tassels, the baby doll style front, and the cute ruffled ends of the sleeves. While embroidered flowers would be a little nicer, the cute flowers in the center are pretty and add a nice pop of color. The top is a tad big on her, but since the sleeves have elastic at the ends this still fits her great since it doesn't fall down over her hands.

Fab Neon Floral Legging, Size S (6/7) - Retail Value $16, VIP Cost $12.95
One thing that's fun is that when selecting an outfit you have a few different options as far as what color or design you want on the pants for your outfit. These floral patterned leggings are so much nicer looking in person and the pattern and vibrant colors are really great and unique. The quality is pretty average as far as leggings go, thinner and not incredibly warm, but they have a nice stretch to them and fit her well. They are a little baggy on her but when she put them on she said "these are perfect!" They are very comfortable for her and they pair nicely with the shirt!
The Verdict: They had a lot of cute selections this month in Liv's FabKids shop and I think this was a great choice for her. This is something she can wear through both fall and winter and maybe even some of the cooler days in the spring so I imagine we will get a good deal of use from this one! This outfit retails for $46.00, but with the VIP savings, I paid a total of $39.84 ($29.95 + taxes & shipping). The savings might not be as great as my deal from last month, but I think there is definitely some value in having a cute outfit that is exclusive to FabKids.
