I resubscribed this month because i liked the variations of the dose palettes, well much to my surprise i didnt get one. My variation had the mellow eyebrow tint, lip liner, glam glow face wash, sol, and a lip gloss. I am so disappointed wish i hadn’t resubscribed.

Wow, way too many variations this month! I’m afraid I’m going to get shafted again. I may upgrade to BoxyPremium (and cancel regular box) because then I get to chose more of the products and know I won’t be getting a box of duds!! Maybe this is their strategy to try to get us to upgrade?? Sure, you can get the basic box for 25 dollars but unless you are PR person sent a great box to suck you in, is the value really there?!

OMG, there are going to be SO. MANY. VARIATIONS. this month. I’m scared. Someone hold me.

I really hope they read my likes and dislikes. I love smashbox eyeshadow pallets I havnt got one and I’ve been a member for almost a year. I’m totally burn out on highlight and Bronx pallets and crazy color eyeshadow pallets. I really hope I get a great one this time with the things I asked for on my makeup questionnaire. I sure will be bummed if I end up with a bunch of iItem that I’ve already got I really don’t want to but I have fake thanks very much

75 variations later… influencers get the good stuff and the rest of us get the leftovers. I stayed this month because of the DOC matte palette (I honestly don’t even care about the colors), but this bait and switch routine of theirs is really not okay. It goes from “all subscribers get this awesome thing” to “some subscribers might get this, but the rest of you get this mediocre thing.”
Yes it’s a great deal, but if I don’t like it or can’t use it, it’s just wasted money. I really hope Boxy stops trickling out spoilers, and just lets us know what the variations are so we can be informed consumers. I’d like to know what I might be getting so I can decide if I want it before billing.

Yes the extreme variants, sending me leftovers is causing me to cancel today. I’m sick of the constant bait and switch, doubt the PR boxes are filled with cheap pencils or leftover products I have already received. I did email them again bc I only have one account but received the Briogeo and pencil again. How can a $7 pencil be equal to a $38 skincare item? I’m just sick of the fraudulent promises.

I feel like I got a really good box in September.
This month I will probably get the version that comes with one of the highlighters, Steve Laurent lipliner, and the Jonte Blue Eyeliner. 🙄

They just sent a Steve Laurent lipliner 2 months ago. I do not use lipliners. I gave it away. Ugh why these cheapy items that not everyone uses?

I am glad I cancelled last month because if I got an eyeliner instead of a nice skin care item I would be so angry. I think boxycharm is starting to improve but these extreme differences in variants really annoys me.

There seems to be a lot of outdated info on this post. Pricing information that ended 9/30 and promo/free item (powder) that says it ended 9/30 as well. Did they extend these offers, Liz?

I just began getting Boxycharm this summer, and so far have been pleased with each box. It delivers a great value for what you pay. However, I re-signed up on 9/28 & was billed on 9/30, which I expected. I also expected to be billed for October’s box just a day or two later, 10/2, as per their billing cycle. What I didn’t expect was a double charge for October, that is $21 x 2 for a total of about $42 + taxes. Boxycharm DOES NOT HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER. Only email. I’ve been emailing them every day this week trying to get a refund for one of October’s boxes, and they keep sending canned responses, seemingly without checking into it. I finally had to send proof I was double charged with a screenshot from my account. This kind of time-wasting customer service is unacceptable. Keep this in mind when signing up, especially near the end of the month. You will never get to actually speak to a live person.

OMG!!! I can’t believe it, that was the same thing that happened to me😤 and they never returned my money and I ended up with the worst 2 identical Boxycharm (I’m so angry !!!) I’d better pay for boxyluxe. I hope you get something back because they didn’t even give me a credit or charms back and they emailed me 3 and 5 days later 😡… Boxycharm has the worst customer service period. Odviously I cancelled my subscription right away!! So welcome Ipsy!!!

There was also jonte blue on an Instagram box…I think until the box is in our hands there will be no possible way to narrow it down this month.

I actually went onto Boxycharm and they have all the October products up for review. Lots of items and yes, Jonte Blue and a ugly blue eyeliner set from the Luna Brand. Also, quite a few highlighters.

The website has a ton of items listed for the October box…but no beauty blender?
