I will never order from Look Fantastic again!
In 2017 I ordered the advent box and received it in August of 2018. In 2018 I ordered again, contacted them in January when I still had not received it. No response, so I contacted them thru the chat box. The response I received was totally unacceptable. They have a 30 day period of time that concerns can be issued. Since my first inquiry was after the 30 day period by a few days they did not respond. What? It seems they have no way of tracking an item after 30 days. So rather than try to resolve the issue I was told I was out of luck. And they couldn’t help me, sorry just out the money. So if anyone orders mark it on your calendar and hope that there is nothing that gets in the way of following up on the item before the 30 day period, such as divorce, illness, death, holiday, etc….oh, and it is 30 days not 30 business days. I think if the customer service had been better I would consider reordering but to not respond because I was outside the 30 window, is unacceptable!

I have to say I have the opposite experience. I ordered a couple of items from Look Fantastic this summer and one of those (a foundation) was missing in the delivery. I have been shopping with LF for almost 3 years and this was the very first time something went wrong with my order. Although I was a bit worried after reading the reviews here, I reached out to their customer service explaining what happened and I have to say that their reaction was amazing. They were very helpful, apologised and shipped the missing item within 24 hours!

I just canceled last month. I love the different brands and new products they offer. Unfortunately, I rarely actually use the products. I give them away or toss them after a few tries. I’ll miss the UK Elle.

They list it as worth approx. $12.34 (US currency) but it’s available for $4.99 at Ulta. I’m hoping this gets much better.
I don’t know the brand. It looks like a TonyMoly type thing?
