I can’t figure out why my comment isn’t posting. 🙁

I didn’t use any bad words or be mean to anybody.

I’ve been here for years now, so what’s going on?

So, I went ahead and just subbed based on the spoilers on the 21st because I didn’t want to miss out.

It stated my box would arrive within 10 days of signing up (if I signed up after their seasonal shipping dates). My box has not been shipped as of 5 days after signing up.

Yesterday, I sent them an email inquiring about when it would be shipping and I still haven’t heard back from them yet.

I’ll be sure to update here so everybody knows what kind of customer service this box has. Hopefully it’ll be great because I’m very excited to see what this box has planned.

Not sure if anybody is following the comments, but here’s an update lol. I waited 2 days after sending them the email, but never heard back. So I went on facebook and sent them a message and they replied within like 15 minutes. Said my email to them must have gone to their junk email box because they check their emails daily. Also said they would get the box shipped out ASAP to honor the 10-day promise. This was on Friday (today is Monday), but I haven’t received an email with tracking, nor does it show up in my Informed Delivery account, so not sure what’s going on. I’ll check in with them again.

yes! I’ve been so into hiking, rock climbing, and general active everyday carry (edc) gear lately. bonus points if they include especially lightweight items, i’m always looking for ways to minimize the weight i need to carry on my daily commute.

Based on the picture of the 3 items I would most definitely subscribe to this box. They say 5-7 items per box so I figure the other items will be small gadgets and trail/granola bars or something like that. However, there’s no mention anywhere, even on their website that this is what will be in their Fall Box. Even in Instagram there’s no pics of the contents of their box and it seems this is their first box ever. Unfortunately, no spoilers means I will not be subscribing. Hopefully when we see what’s in their box we’ll be able to subscribe.

Yes, I hike a lot, i would be interested.
I was watching Carin box, and my problem with that box that cost vs. value is so minimal, if you dont like one product, you lost money. This box looks really promising. Spoilers would be nice too.

Yes, please review. I am looking for a Cairn alternative. I had subscribed to it for 2 years & had to cancel after more products felt like a promo filler & value was just barely over cost. Another gripe about Cairn is “one product for all climates”. I live in South TX (=It never snows here) yet Cairn sends me ice scrapers & traction spikes for my boots in winter months.
