FYI: GlossyBox sends out multiple variations of the box during some months. So, there may be some variation between what I review and what you receive.

GlossyBox September 2019 Review
Each box comes with a fold-out card detailing the items included.
Also included were two promo cards for Naked Wines. Curious about this wine club? I have all the deets for you!
Looks like a Hello Fresh gift card also arrived inside.
Avant Prestige Pro-Perfecting Collagen Primer Touche Eclat, 30 ml - Full Size! Retail Value $103.00 (£85)
I have gotten a moisturizer from this brand before and I am always wide-eyed by the retail values! The demure little tubes are very low-key for how luxurious the contents are. I actually really like this stuff. It is sort of a runny gel texture, meaning a little goes a long way! It does have a scent but it smells like it is more from the ingredients than a fragrance choice. I personally didn't mind it. My face felt really smooth and perfectly primed for makeup after using it, and I always love and appreciate a collagen boost!
Grow Gorgeous Rescue and Repair Shampoo and Conditioner Set, 50 ml each - Retail Value $20.00
I know some people don't love shampoo and conditioner samples, but I tend to hoard them for travel after I sample them, so a duo in a larger size tube or bottle is always a plus in my book. I like this formula a lot! The shampoo does a great job of cleansing my roots, though it doesn't quite meet that squeaky root standard which would make me over-the-moon happy. This is technically a "rescue & repair" sort of formula, so this is not unexpected. The conditioner was more of a standout because my ends look SO shiny and the smell clung to my hair all day. Winning!
Contour Cosmetics Matte Liquid Lipstick in 'Juju', 2.5 ml - Full Size! Listed Value $29.00
While I couldn't find this lipstick sold solo, I did find a kit that it was included in here. The pink color of this lipstick is gorgeous. It feels like my natural lip color, but so much better and with a dash of drama. It is a matte formula and that is where I have a small qualm, because it did feel really drying and I had a few minor patch issues. I found that applying my favorite gloss on top saved this formula for me. It is an extra step, and it does defeat the overall purpose of a matte formula, but I prefer satin or gloss anyways.
This is my kind of pink!
Eyeko London Fat Liquid Eyeliner in 'Black', 3.5 g - Full Size! Retail Value $18.00
I am more than a little over black eyeliners, but at least this one is cute and chubby. The thicker marker tip is perfect for super dramatic liner looks and the pigment is a true, rich black. It also dried really quickly, something that is a must for the way I apply liner.
The tip allows for a really thick line.
Tocca Montauk Mini Candle, 1.2 oz - Estimated Value $5.04 (Buy a full-size 10 oz for $42.00)
This is a mystery surprise item! There is likely some variation between boxes.
I absolutely love Tocca. My favorite of their scents is Cleopatra, which was a gift one birthday from an old boyfriend. Though that relationship is long gone, I still love the scent because it reminds me of college and Massachusetts falls and subletting an apartment with strangers who became lifelong friends. Scent is amazing! This is a blend of salt and cucumber which is decidedly coastal, but not in a beachy way. Think lighthouses more than palm trees. I think this was (for me) a wonderful surprise item.
Verdict: GlossyBox has a value of around $175.04, which is great for a $21 box. I did have to just calculate all of that with the listed value of the lipstick, as sold solo, as I couldn't locate it for sale. A lot of that value is, admittedly, tied up in the Avant primer. If you dislike it, you might be feeling a little less love for this selection. I liked most of the items this month, and the sizes were good, so I can comfortably give this box a thumbs up. Bonus points for a mystery item that I actually loved!
