My box also comes with a packing slip that itemizes my order

Note: This month my box was missing the individual cards that listed the names and pictures of each plant. After reaching out to customer service, they provided us an incredibly helpful link that listed the plants this month. However, mine did look a little different than the pictures. Out of the 4, I was able to confidently match one plant with the ones through the link. We reached out to customer service again and they were really helpful in identifying the plants we received.

Sedum Fire Storm Succulent – Retail Value $5.45

This first plant is nice and really green and has tints of red on the leaves. This plant doesn’t really look like the picture, but I know it is because it had a long journey from California to Texas. I have planted this plant and it seems to be doing good. I really am hoping this plant thrives; I am in love with the plant’s picture.

I love this next plant, especially its name. The leaves really look like jelly beans! This plant is unlike other succulents I have ever received. Looking at pictures, as it grows and develops, it looks like it has stems and then the leaves sit on top like tiny, jelly bean trees. The plant can grow bushes up to 1 foot tall and will flower yellow flowers in the summer. I am really eager to see this plant thrive.

Sempervivum Calcareum – Retail Value $5.45

I love echeveria plants and have received a lot of different kinds through this subscription that have bloomed into gorgeous plants. This one is really pretty and has a tiny rosette in the middle and sharp little edges. It is a pretty, bright green. The pictures of this plant are also really pretty; I love the red on the leaves edges. The plant in the picture also looks a little furry. I have also planted this one and cant wait to see it thrive.

Echeveria Blue Elf – Retail Value $5.45

The last plant I received is a funny looking and doesn’t look anything like its picture. It does look healthy though and has a lot of leaves and is bright green. I am curious to see what this one decides to do and I wonder how long it will take to look like the picture.

Verdict: I have always done terribly at gardening and have never really had a plant grow and especially thrive. But since subscribing to Succulents Box, not only am I keeping plants alive but I am encouraged to grow my garden. Succulents thrive so well in my area and are so forgiving in the hot months if I don’t water them right away. Every month I look forward to new additions and love to watch them grow daily.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? No, the August 2019 collection is currently shipping. It's also worth noting your assortment may vary a bit depending on how many plants you choose to subscribe to.

Value Breakdown: This four plant box costs $20.00 + $5.00 shipping. That means each plant cost an average of $6.25. To purchase each plant individually would be $31.80 ($26.80 + $5.00 shipping), so the subscription factors to an approximate savings of 21%.

There really is a sub for everything LOL
I don’t have a green thumb and have started trying to work with succulents. I’m not at the point of wanting a subscription but it’s nice to see all of the different types that are out there. And with this GA heat I’m not sure how well they would survive traveling from Cali.

We had this awful tree that took up so much room right in front of our home, between the sidewalk and the garage. It was a horrible tree that stabbed us everytime we walked by. So we pulled it out and that’s where I started my succulent garden with a huge planter. Theres a picture at the end of the May review. We also have started removing all the weeds around the plant going up the sidewalk and want to plant more. This sub is really helping me decide which ones will look best. They’re doing good and look really great!

How do you have space for all the plants you have received with this sub? Four plants a month is insane.
