I received my box on 16th which was very fast shipping time. It is a beautifully presented box but unfortunately the candle came shattered at top with cracks going down halfway. I could perhaps still use it as I don’t want to ask to replace it seeing the box was only $20. What do others think about contacting Spiritu about this issue?

My candle holder came cracked, but I just let it go. I don’t ever complain about stuff like this, especially because I still think I got my moneys worth.

I ordered this box Monday and here it is, beautifully packaged sitting here two days later. I have subscribed to FFF since 2014 and I am still waiting for my SUMMER EDIT ORDER, Fall Box & Fall Edit order, all of which “ is on the way.”
So happy you reviewed this box and I wanted everyone to know about my fantastic experience!

My email said: “Your Spiritú Box is part of an auto-renewing subscription and will come straight to your door each season, four times per year! If you are a quarterly subscriber, your Fall Box bill date is September 3rd!* *If you signed up for a Quarterly subscription, your subscription will auto-renew at the beginning of each subsequent season, unless and until you cancel. If you signed up for an Annual subscription, you have prepaid for 4 seasonal boxes and your subscription will auto-renew at the beginning of the 5th season, unless you cancel.”

This will start a subscription. To cancel the box, you have to cancel before the billing date of the subscription renewal. According to their FAQ page, they’ll email you about 1 week before you are billed for your next billing cycle. Hope that helps!
