Loot Remix Review – June 2019 - Deadpool Club Merc Taqueria Apron 3

Deadpool Club Merc Taqueria Apron – Retail Value $30.99 (on sale for $10.99)

Ah, I was so disappointed to see this again, since I received it in my January Loot Remix. I would so much rather have received a Los Pollos Hermanos one because I know they have it! This is a standard apron, with Deadpool in a sombrero. It has an adjustable neck strap to bring the apron higher if necessary and ties around the waist. Now that I have double, I can use these as His and Hers or use one as a painting apron.

Free! Iwatobi Swim Club Luggage Tag – Retail Value $11.99 (on sale for $8.99)

Free! is an anime series about people in a swimming school who become friends. I don’t really watch anime series, but I like this luggage tag! It has the animal representation of the characters on the back with blue water-like liquid. On the front, it has a spot for a name, address, phone number, and email address. The only downfall, however, was that it wasn’t removable from the plastic sleeve to write the information. A permanent marker will do the trick, though! Nancy Su, a previous reviewer with MSA, received this back in June 2016.

Westworld Diorama – Retail Value $14.99 (on sale for $10.99)

I have never seen Westworld. Honestly and truthfully, I never heard of it until I received this diorama. This diorama, featuring Dolores and Bernard, tells a devastatingly beautiful and enticing story and I have to know more. The scene appears to be an old-fashioned saloon and has Dolores clutching a gun while Bernard appears defeated sitting in a chair. The diorama was easy to assemble and while Bernard doesn’t sit unassisted, there are little holes that I was able to stick a chair leg into. It really is a nice diorama with pretty good detail. Eric received this diorama last January.

Loot Remix Review – June 2019 - Loot Crate Investigate Pin 1

Loot Remix Review – June 2019 - Loot Crate Investigate Pin 2

Loot Crate Investigate Pin – Retail Value $12.99 (on sale for $4.99)

I think this is by far the coolest pin I have received in the Loot Remix box. It is simple: an old-fashioned tape recorder. It has one pin in the back since it is pretty small. Eric received the same pin in April 2017!

Verdict: Most of the time, I really enjoy Loot Remix. I get a lot of random stuff, and that’s kind of cool. Normally, I go in thinking I will find something from a favorite show, movie or cartoon, but this month I discovered a new series I will be starting (Westworld.) This month, I got 3 items plus an exclusive pin and I was able to find everything in the Loot Crate Vault. Altogether, the total equaled $70.96 and when you take into consideration the sales prices, equaled $35.96 which pretty much doubled the price of the box. Not too shabby, Loot Crate.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? No, you will get a box with a different mix of items.

Value Breakdown: This box costs $14.99 + free shipping, which means that each of the 4 items in the box has an average cost of $3.74.

Their customer service sucks! I was trying to get information on my box’s whereabouts and Joshua canceled my 6 months subscription without asking me first :/ It has been 3 days since I replied and asked he reverses whatever done, still no reply… I am new to Loot Crate, joined in May, but am not impressed so far 🙁

They have been that way since i first subscribed. I cancelled my loot tees subscription. Still have never received a thing from them since March, and they keep advertising new months boxes as if they will ever even show up. They don’t!

I appreciate the shipping issues being noted but a bigger problem with the crate I had missing items in 3 shipments in a row and customer services response was check the shipping delays page but that had nothing to do with missing items. I ended up canceling and it’s 6 months later I never recieved the missing items from the clothing bundles and dont expect to. Love the items but would never trust them again.

Yeah i have not received a single thing from their clothing bundles since March of this year and i have a yearly subscription. They just keep directing me to the shipping page saying none of those items have been shipped out to anyone and may be shipped some time in July. Maybe. I haven’t received anything. They owe me four months of loot wearables and loot tees smh.
