Loot crate has been having problems for a couple years now with shipping. Even the 50% off coupon can’t sway me to sub. They used to have good boxes back in the day. It’s sad.

I debated quitting loot crate altogether. I used to get 8 boxes now just Sanrio. Good thing I love hello kitty because marchs box has yet to be shipped

If Lootcrate didn’t STILL OWE ME December’s AND February’s underwear from a 3 month risk business purchased on black Friday (I guess they really mean RISKY!!!) I’d be into this, but their $5 bucks off a lootvault order isn’t an apology at this point – it’s JUNE. There’s no way I’d ever order from them again. Their customer “service” is a joke at best. STAY AWAY.

I’ll be the 4th. Last Loot Sanrio crate was December. March’s shows shipment sometime next week (but it keeps getting pushed back) and June’s shows that it will ship the week after that but I’m sure it won’t. And I got myself into a year subscription after the December because it was on time and a great box. Lesson learned.

I will third the stay away comment. I ordered the Risky Biz crate back in March with a three month subscription and didn’t receive a single one either. And they were about to charge me again in June for another 3 month subscription. This company is a joke.. and they block people and delete negative comments on social media. Completely deceitful. 😤

I’m waiting on the December undies too. I still don’t even know what they’re supposed to look like. They were supposed to be a Christmas gift for my boyfriend last year. I second the STAY AWAY.
