Can someone at Oui Please get in touch with me? I have emailed twice with no response. I still do not have my April box and am concerned that we are getting spoilers for the next box when I do not have the current box yet. Can you help?

For the June box, I’m a little disappointed with the bracelet. Not because I don’t like it, but because I already have four others already because they send them out so often. I would have preferred a choice between the bracelet and maybe small earrings, like they did several boxes ago.
My April box is stuck in a USPS loop. A particular distribution center keeps sending my package to random towns rather than to my local post office. I’ve never seen this happen before. I’m sure it will eventually show up here, but any hope of the macaroons being fresh is long gone at this point. I’d email Ouiplease, but I’m not sure there’s anything that can do-if they’d respond at all.

Heather…I had this happen to me once and I had to call the distribution center and ask them to pull it from the loop. It’s an automated scanning system and you may never see it if you don’t do that. My local PO gave me the number to call.

Like the whole cookie was hollow, the had feet, a big empty space, then the domed crisp top. Hollow=empty, nonexistent.

I agree! My favorite sub lately. Last month’s box blew me away with the great variety of items. Those macarons were outstanding!

My macarons arrived crushed and in crumbs. But those crumbs were delicious!

I don’t know if mine weren’t fresh or? I refrigerated them and ate them the day after I received them. The flavor was really good but the texture wasn’t right. There was a bug hollow space in the cookies.
