Not for me….I don’t think they could come up with anything that could make me sign up again. I (hopefully) just got my sub cancelled. Ordered a 3-month sub back in Feb for the bogo box, and set my account to NOT auto-renew, and lo and behold, I get charged for May.
As I’m chatting to the CS rep, telling her that I want it canceled and refunded, they push through my “it’s shipped!” email. The woman also could not possibly understand that even though it said my sub was active, the subscription page itself said Auto-Renew off and kept sending me condescending messages about how I agreed to the terms and yadda yadda…
Horrible customer service. Sent in an email with a screenshot of the page to show them their site was messed up and 3 days later they finally respond and tell me oops, I’ll cancel your sub for you. But I’m stuck with a box I don’t want now.
