Goddess Provisions "Divine Feminine" Review
Here's the info card with the theme and product list for the month. The theme is "Divine Feminine."
Let's dive in!
Hiouchi Jewels Turquoise Necklace - Retail Value $38.00
First, LOVE this long chain. I am guessing it is around 24 inches. Dangling from the center is a lovely turquoise triangle pendant. I am a lover of turquoise, but even I can't always tell if it is genuine or dyed howlite. I suspect this is the real deal since I went snooping around and discovered the owner of the brand attends the amazing Tucson Gem Show. This necklace is totally my style and I have worn it a few days in a row now.
Spirit Element Body Oil - Listed Value $9.00
This oil smells like jasmine and a little bit of citrus. It has gold mica floating inside for a subtle shimmer. This oil is mainly olive, safflower, and sweet almond oil, so it will be really great for dry skin or as a perfume alternative oil. It takes a little extra work to absorb, but your skin will thank you!
New Moon Tea Co Loose Leaf Tea - Retail Value $12.89
This tea is a beautiful blend of chamomile, spearmint, and hibiscus with just a touch of licorice. It is a really wonderful blend of floral, herbal, and spice! I enjoyed it hot with a little bit of raw sugar, though you could also easily ice this brew for a very summery treat.
Coal Miner's Daughter Sacred Lotus Sugar Scrub, 2 oz - Retail Value $19.00
This scrub has some of the biggest crystal granules I have seen in any scrub! Because of this, I would recommend avoiding your face and using this on your body. I like these more aggressive scrubs on my knees, elbows, and the back of my thighs. In addition to sugar, it also contains coconut oil, essential oils, and lotus flowers. It has a sugary, resinous scent that I really enjoyed and the flowers are a very pretty touch.
Access Our Eyes Scarab Altar Cloth - Listed Value $22.00
It isn't uncommon to get altar cloths in this sub, and this one is right on theme! Detained in a beautiful purple, this cloth has an intricate design of sacred geometry and a scarab, the symbol of transformation. This beautiful ink is actually infused with selenite, which gives it that beautiful sheen.
Shire Post Mint Coin - Listed Value $10.00
This is such a unique item! Made of copper and mint pressed, this coin features Isis on one side and a winged serpent on the other. Along with being really, very cool, you can use this coin to help you decide between choices, similar to a regular coin's heads or tails.
Pacifica Rose Quartz Masks - Retail Value $8.00
These might be the prettiest masks I have ever used! A trio of foiled crystal shapes n shades silver, pink, and gold, you can apply these smaller masks anywhere on your face you feel might need a little extra love. The serum contains rose quartz, ginseng, and cucumber and gives your skin a hydrated glow!
Lapis Lazuli - Listed Value $5.00
This little stone is very pretty! Just over an inch long and a little under an inch wide, it is small but mighty! Lapiz Lazuli is one of those interesting stones that you can see the different minerals in, and this one is almost stripped. In between those layers of blue and grey, there are pockets of metallic pyrite that catch the light beautifully. Lapis is the stone of wisdom and its beautiful deep blue has been cherished by monarchs throughout time.
The Verdict: I feel like this month's Goddess Provisions was really well rounded. There was everything from jewelry, to tea, to a beautiful stone, and the value totaled an estimated $123.89. Each item felt quite special and often super unique and I think they all fit the theme quite well. This is a really interesting subscription for anyone interested in unique items related to spiritual or metaphysical themes who also loves a good lifestyle sort of feeling when they open a box.
