I just ordered this for my mom….I got a confirmation regarding my gift subscription order but no confirmation regarding the perfume…Could anyone here let me know if this is normal for allure or do we generally get a confirmation mail regarding the free gift aswell…

Take screenshots! They are not already is for promising free gifts and not sending them. In a month I’d call and ask for an update, typically you need to harass them. I signed up in February with the promise of a full sized Caudalie serum and it never came after 4 calls. Now they don’t have it. I demanded a refund of the 4 boxes sent since February since I only enrolled for the serum. They actually refunded me after many threats.
