Pura Vida Jewelry Club April 2019 Review

I love the tropical vibe I get each time I open a package from Pura Vida, and this month it looks like their mailer got a tropical update, too! The inserts that they include give some information on how they give back and they always thank you for your support, which definitely makes me feel good! They also send you a sticker inside this beautiful envelope each month and this O'Keeffe style skull is pretty awesome! You can even win a free bracelet by sharing your goodies on social media.

Your bracelets will arrive in this small drawstring bag with the Pura Vida Monthly Club logo on the outside. These are great for storing your bracelets or for travel to take your bracelets with you!

Rose Gold Mountain Charm Bracelet - Estimated Value $15 (based on similar bracelets on their site)

I was so excited to see some rose gold in this month's pack because I am slightly obsessed with it. This matte rose gold mountain charm has a slightly hammered effect to it and I think it looks so nice with the pale peach thread. I also love the simplicity of the band with two single strands that are only tied at the ends and open in between.

Here it is on. The mountain size is just the right size for an accent without being too bold.

Purple and White Braided Bracelet - Estimated Value $15 (based on similar bracelets on their site)

I usually like to stick with the skinnier banded bracelets when I stack them, but this chunky braid is so pretty with the two shades of purple and how it contrasts with the white thread. I'll definitely be wearing this one a lot. I love that it has the tiny rose gold P charm to match with the other bracelets in our set.

Here it is on. I think this one can stand pretty well on its own here and makes a fun spring bracelet!

Rose Gold Wave Charm Bracelet - Estimated Value $15 (based on similar bracelets on their site)

This last bracelet features a skinny purple braid that matches the purple in our other braided bracelet and a rose gold charm that matches our mountain bracelet. I love how well they coordinated these this month! The rose gold wave charm is nice and shiny with a tiny little gem at the top. It's hard to see, but the gem's color is perfect for an accent to a wave.

Here it is on. The purple and rose gold are so nice together.

Here they are stacked together. Such a pretty combination and I love that we have both the mountains and the sea!

I love that these bracelets feature adjustable bands to fit your wrists comfortably. If the bracelet ends are too long on your wrist, check out this YouTube tutorial on how to shorten the ends!

They are also coated in wax which means you can wear them at the beach or in the shower if you're too lazy to remove them like I am! These bracelets definitely hold up over time, which is one of the many reasons I love them!

The Verdict: I have been subscribing to Pura Vida's monthly bracelet club for a while now, but this pack has to be my favorite ever! I really love the way the purple and rose gold go together, although I never would have thought to pair them. It's a unique combination that is perfect for spring and as a rose gold fan, I'm pretty stoked! This is always a fun subscription to receive each month for only $14.95 and I look forward to the designs each month, although this one is going to be hard to top!

I am a homeschooling mom to 4 kids; 1 girl and 3 boys. While I have been reviewing boxes since 2018 and I love the luxury of trying new products, I'm also balancing it out by dabbling in a little bit of homesteading, too. We now have 4 chickens and a rabbit and my sourdough starter is going strong! I love learning about new brands and sharing the great things I find with others in hopes that they find something new to love or to fit their needs!

So this is an actual thing? String bracelets? Hmmm.

I like the mountain one, but honestly it looks more like a crown to me.

I like the look of the bracelets but unfortunately my skin did not like the wax coat on them. I have several bracelets that I do not take off and was hoping these would be able to add to them. At least I made a friend happy by passing the few months of the sub I had along.

They do sell ones for the ankles on the website.

Just out of curiosity. Could their bracelets fit an ankle?

No, I happened to have one at my desk here at work and just tried it. Can’t get past ankle/heel area. Too small
