Loot Crate business is a sham from my experience. It’s no way to run a business! I ordered socks in December and have yet to get them. I reported them to the Better Business Bureaus (after several attempts of getting this resolved) and they gave me the same BS scripted response that I’ve been getting for so long now. I did monthly, but had I not cancelled when I did, they would have charged me 4 more times before receiving a single product Fingers crossed I’ll get my Christmas socks by Independence Day!
