My box arrived today. The tea infuser box was a little beat up, but otherwise, everything arrived in fantastic shape. I love it all!

Just got my box today. Everything is very nice and my daughters and I will use all of the earrings in the set. The weekend tote is very nice quality and sturdy as well for those who were wondering.
I’m going to be the lone man out here and say that for once it’s nice to get a perk for being an annual subscriber. Too many other boxes only seem to give bonuses to new customers and don’t seem to recognize their loyal members and finally here is one rewarding annuals who don’t just order one box for the deal then cancel. Just my opinion.

Agreed! Especially since as annuals we’re putting more on the line by signing up (what if the box is discontinued? What if it turns out to be awful?) it’s so nice to feel like it pays off.

Just got mine today too and those earrings really cemented it for me as worthwhile! The box as a whole felt decadent and totally worth the money, but getting the earrings (a Kevia product I would have bought either way) really made it for me and convinced me it was worth subscribing instead of just popping in and buying their products from time to time.

Does anyone know what’s in the Welcome Box you can get for $34 when signing up?

Oh nevermind. There is a photo of it right on the Journee checkout page! Duh!

I just received my box. Unfortunately, somehow I missed out on the fact that the earrings were only for annual subscribers… That was the main thing I wanted and I didn’t receive it. So I have to admit right off I’m kind of disappointed. Other than that, I think it’s a pretty nice box for the discounted price I paid… But like some of the other commenters, I do feel like it felt like it’s missing something, and should have one more item …I.e., the jewelry item that was sent only to annual subscribers.

This happened to me with the winter box. I ended up subscribing anyways and reached out to them regarding some other stuff. I mentioned wanting the annual item bracelet and they included it in my next box!! Idk if they’ll do the same, but my experience with their customer service has been really good.

I’m still in love with Journee Box for sure (new favorite subscription box? I think so!) BUT I’m really disappointed in them for including palo santo in all allegedly sustainable/ethical box. Overharvesting of palo santo and sage is a big deal, and while it’s totally possible to find both in ethically sourced ways, it feels super wasteful to send either in subscription boxes where people with no interest can’t opt out. Stop it, subscription box friends!

I like all the items except the duffel bag since I don’t have any use for it. I like that they give the option of the Spring or Summer box to choose so it’s hard because I do like most of the items in the Spring box. What is the Welcome Box you can get for $34 ? Anyone know ? How has everyone’s experience been with them ? I like the boxes that mix home, beauty and jewelry and this seems pretty nice. Also I can choose my style ? So that means the items are different depending on what you choose. Sometimes I do switch up my style so I feel a little stressed to commit to one particular style lol

I also wanted to mention that the actual box this comes in is gorgeous! It’s a perfect keepsake box – I am using mine to keep all of my cards that my husband and daughter have gotten me. It’s sturdy, has a magnetic closure and a satin tie and I love the gold dragonfly with the deep blue color. The actual box itself adds value for me because it’s such a pretty box for strorage.

Is it mailed in a cardboard box with the pretty box inside, or is the label right on the blue box? Just curious if the nice box gets beat up in the mail? Thanks!

Julia

It’s mailed inside another box so the pretty box stays pretty. 😊

I just received this box. I love the duffle. It’s not white but more of any ivory/beige. I travel by train for the weekend every couple of months and this will be perfect for Spring. I also love the tea cup and can’t wait to try the blooming tea. I don’t drink a lot of tea, but I don’t have anything like this and can’t wait to try it. I will be swapping the mask, the notecards and the sticks. Which I don’t even know what those are or what I would do with them. I am really dispointed that there was no jewelry item unless you’re an annual subscriber. It really made the box feel like it was missing something.

So overall, this is *almost* a nice box. But it feels incomplete to me. I’m not sure if I’m going to continue with this subscription or not. I will say that their customer service responds right away if you need them. And you do have the ability to skip boxes on your account page which I do like. I’ll wait and see what the spoilers look like for the next box.

I love that duffel…if it was a more practical color, I’d be interested.

Melora

I love that tea cup and the blooming teas!! Fingers crossed I can swap for them since I already have a great duffle bag and not interested in any of the other items

If the earrings were for all subscribers I would have jumped on it

I am jonesing for everything else in the box but I don’t need an overnighter, so wondering if my partner would like it. So tempting . . .

That bag is huge!
The box is cute but more than I want to pay…

Mary

I don’t need this box, but I kinda want it. Internally struggling on whether I want it enough for $54.

Hunter

It is only $40 with that coupon though!

Me too!

Christy

I don’t WANT this box, but I think it’s really nice and thoughtfully curated. I’m not a huge tea person, but I can appreciate how lovely the tea items are. The cards are pretty and practical, the bag looks GREAT (except for the fact that it’s white – EEK! The STAINS!)

I would really like to swap for the earrings.

The earrings are only sent if you are an annual subscriber.

Do they send a bonus each box for annuals?
