Dia & Co is a monthly plus size clothing subscription box that is personally curated for you by a Dia stylist. Upon enrolling with Dia & Co, I filled out an extensive survey asking me about my clothing size/weight/height, price range, and also my style likes and dislikes. Every month my stylist selects five pieces that could be clothes or accessories to try out. If I like them, I have the option of buying them. There is a $20 per month service fee, but the fee can be applied to any purchases I opt to make. A 20% discount is applied if I chose to keep all five pieces too!
The items in my box are chosen personally for me dependent and reflective of my style and price preference, so the package you receive from Dia & Co may be entirely different than mine!

Dia & Co. Bold Prints + Separates Review
Here is that adorable Dia & Co envelope I look forward to seeing every month!
Also enclosed is this darling message from this month’s stylist, Cristina. She made a Marie Kondo reference which made me smile! She told me why she selected each piece for me and how to style them, which I truly appreciate!
The other form is an invoice that has a detailed list of the brand, name, color, size, and price of each item she selected for me along with the grand total after the styling fee and 25% off ( if I opt to keep all five items) is applied. My prices aren’t listed, but the total would be $341. After the $20 styling fee and 25% is applied my balance for the entire box would be $240.75! The savings would be $100.25 if I did decide to keep everything! That isn’t too shabby! That would be like getting the Rachel Roy dress for free! What a deal!
Waterbury Sleeveless Ruffle Dress by Rachel Roy Size 20 — Retail Value $99
I saw this glorious dress on the Dia & Co Facebook and Instagram and was in awe of it—so imagine how happy I was to see it in my selections this month! I sent a pic of myself in this dress and my mom assumed it was brown, but if you look closely the dress is actually navy blue with gold speckles. The dress has ample stretch but manages to not lose its shape without being stiff. I have a wedding in a few months and I think this will be my dress to wear! I styled the dress with gold booties because I am not big on heels and I love how they bring out the gold in this dress. What an elegant, yet on-trend dress!
Beth Woven Blouse by Dex Plus, Size 3x - Retail Value $49
I gravitate to floral prints, so it is no surprise that my stylist sent me this piece. This top has a tie at the waist that gives definition and creates a more hourglass fit. The sleeves have a lace trim and the back yoke has a sheer Swiss dot lace detail. I appreciate as well that the blouse has a modesty button in the front to make sure you are well covered. I styled the top for an ideal business casual look with the deep green pants Cristina included. I can envision this top also being paired with a black mini skirt and wedges for a Saturday date night look as well!
Alba Slim Compression Ankle Pant by Ryan Wythe, Size 22 - Retail Value $69
These green ankle dress pants have a great deal of stretch and are incredibly comfortable. They feel more like leggings than work trousers. The tops my stylist included look wonderful with these pants, but I am excited to take these and pair them with more casual pieces like old band shirts and my faux leather biker jacket. It could work!
Everdeen Knit Printed Cardigan by Junarose, Size 2x - Retail Value $65
Leopard print is my all-time favorite print, you know as the kids say the G.O.A.T! I like longer cardigans, they pair well with shorter length tops and high waist skirts and pants. I especially like pairing them with cropped mock turtle neck tops. This knit cardigan is thin but rather cozy! I styled this sweater with the floral top and green pants because the tan hue in the leopard print matches the flowers on the blouse. I also enjoy a good pattern clash! Let’s face it though, leopard print is a neutral and goes with everything, so this was going to work either way. I am excited to receive this—it will become my go-to cardigan to wear in my chilly office in the summertime!
Noell V Neck Blouse by Marybelle, Size 2x - Retail Value $59
I absolutely love bright yellows, so I was pleased to see Cristina include this blouse for me as well. The fabric has limited stretch, but it has a complimentary cut and fits well. I styled the blouse with the green pants Cristina included, but this would look phenomenal with a navy blue skirt, red Chelsea style boots, and a red beret for a primary color themed ensemble. The top also would look great with jeans and Swedish Has Been style open-toed clogs for a cute casual ensemble.
Verdict: This month’s Dia & Co was filled with some fantastic items I can wear to my business casual office job! The pieces sent are comfortable, but professional and stylish. My favorite piece was far and away the Rachel Roy dress—talk about pure glamour! I felt like a dang starlet in that number! One thing I appreciate immensely is that Dia & Co’s site allows you to provide tons of feedback. I recently discovered the feature on the site that permits you to pin items they offer for your stylist to see to get a feel for your style preferences. I truly appreciate that because visuals and dream boards are the best way to convey your clothing preferences to your stylist; that is why I also always offer links to my Instagram and Pinterest. It is fantastic knowing that Dia & Co has such a desire to provide boxes so tailored to their customer’s style!

Value Breakdown: This box has a $20 styling fee and includes free shipping and returns. The total retail value of the items inside is $341. The cost of each item is listed alongside it above, but if I choose to keep at least 5 items, I get a 25% discount. The $20.00 styling fee for the box would also be applied to the purchase, meaning I’d end up spending $240.75 for the whole box. Ultimately, that is nearly a 30% off discount.
