Plantlife 'Peace' Essential Oil Blend – Retail Value $9.95

I really think this blend smells amazing. It has a bunch of my favorite oils, including Cassia, Cedarwood, Chamomile, Cinnamon Leaf, Orange, Patchouli, Tangerine, Thyme, and Ylang Ylang. It is a very soft scent and somewhat feminine. I added a few drops of this to one of my favorite carrier oils and used it on my legs because I loved the scent so much.

Savvy Stone Elixers 'Peace' Dough - Listed Value $10.00

Ok, this is something I have never seen before or gotten in a box. It is like play-dough for adults! It is scented with peppermint and infused with blue lace agate. For someone like me who is super fidgety by nature, this is a genius item to keep on hand in my desk.

Matr Boomie Journal - Listed Value $12.00

This little mini journal is the perfect size to keep in your purse for on the go sketching or notes. The paper has a really lovely texture that looks great under my quick graphite sketch studies.

Prema Love Nectar of Devotion CD Download– Retail Value $15.00, Listed Value $22.00

I always hesitate to include digital download in my overall value count because some people might no use them so it is not an automatic value in my eyes. This download happens to be a full CD, so I will make an exception. This album has 7 tracks totaling about 40 minutes. There is a single female vocalist and this album is half singer/songwriter style, half chant/meditation.

Engraved River Stone - Listed Value $10.00

This river stone is very lovely, though as a collector I tend to prefer them simply polished and not engraved. It fits really nicely into the palm of my hand.

Matr Boomie Cuff Bracelet -  Retail Value $26.00

I love a big bold cuff and this one certainly delivers! I generally can't wear these for super long because brass and my skin tend to bring out the worst in each other, but I do love the look. It is well made and adjustable for many different wrist sizes.

Here it is on:

The Verdict: BuddhiBox Yoga Box had some good stuff this month! I really loved the oil blend and big brass cuff, though I will be sadly gifting it. The dough was really unusual and interesting, and I love playing with it at my desk. I can always use more little notebooks and the paper inside this one has the perfect sketching texture! I also liked the river rock (although more so flipped over to hide the wording) and though I am not a huge fan of digital downloads, I thought including an entire album from an independent artist was thoughtful. BuddhiBoxes always seem hard to quantify in value, but this box has a listed value of $89 which seems a little high to me but still, this box feels worth the $35 cost, especially if you can wear brass!

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? No, you will receive the May box. Order by the 8th of the month to receive that month's box.

Value Breakdown: This box costs $34.95 + $5 shipping, which means that each of the 6 items in the box (not including the drawstring pouch or bonus astrology forecast email) has an average cost of $6.65.

I love natural/vegan beauty products, Korean skincare, unique jewelry, and weird candies from far away places. When I am not waiting for my next exciting box you can find me painting or taking photographs of interesting people. I never leave home without pug hair somewhere on my shirt and a bold lipstick on my smile.

I honestly wouldn’t think that it matters one little bit. It certainly doesn’t change, add, or detract from the review in any sense of the word. It is interesting to note, however, that on the product’s ingredient label, all of the essential oils used ARE capitalized.

How about putting the cuff over a shirt sleeve on occasion? It would not irritate your skin and I think a cuff bracelet looks stylish this way.

I do this sometimes when I want to feel extra chic!

Just FYI – ingredient names and essential oil names are not capitalized. Example: It’s “thyme”, not “Thyme”.

Capitalizing the ingredients helps them to stand out, I think its totally okay in a blog type setting for those skimming through to catch their eye.

WHY does it matter?

It doesn’t. But, some people can’t help themselves.

The play dough and cuff are awesome and the E.O. are my kind of scents, too! Solid box
