I canceled yesterday via chat. Every easy, took less than 5 minutes. Got email confirming the cancellation. For once, it was easy. Let’s hope it sticks.

I likes the box a few times, but then some of the items were such poor quality, sadly usually the ones from her brand like a clutch I got in a winter box. I wanted to like this box, but it has been struggling lately. Like people said, poor customer service and lacking quality products. I’d stick to popsugar or fabfitfun. Coastal co puts out a great box too. I hope Box of Style steps up again because it has great potential.

I’m still recovering from the stress and work of getting my money back from BoS, their lack of integrity, etc etc. If you’re considering this box, do yourself a favor and RUN!

Be extremely careful with this sub. I am owed a refund for the Winter 2018 box I never received. Two different CS reps have dropped the ball on making this right. I plan to post a warning on every BOS blog post I see on this site until they give me back my money. I’ve never had such awful customer service.

I am so sick & tired of BOS. Customer service? Really? So, so bad. And the products have down to a point that I can’t justify purchasing this any longer. I’d been a good customer for years – but will no longer be treated so poorly.

I have emailed and the only thing I hear is we will give you the lipstick with your box that incidentally was left out of November bonus promise. No thank you that is horrible and 6 months later you may want to half way resolve….So sad! Money spent elsewhere on my part. Not all customers issues have been resolved.

Had to Google it too.. curiosity’s a killer!! This box’s decline needs to be addressed before it folds. Almost as bad as Luxor this last box.. ugh!

I love the photo. Rachel clearly loves her boys, and they seem happy and healthy.
Fabulous mommy! I just wish she was more involved in the box and she personally addressed issues head on. I can’t justify my annual subscription anymore. Letting it run out. 😢
