as much as id like that cover up or any little deal; ill never support BOS again. They STILL haven’t sent me my replacement for the leaked oil from TWO winter boxes ago. I have emailed at least 10 times and only got two responses; one saying they would look into it and get back to me, and the other saying they would send me one once they get more in stock. Then silence, after numerous attempts on my end. Shady beyond belief.

I was ready to give it a go, however, the Summer Box bills on 05/15 and subscriptions cannot be canceled until the first box is received. Since shipping is always delayed with this sub, I am not taking a chance.

I agree with you Apricot. They never made it right for me either with the beauty bundle and that was in November 2018. I hate it because I used to really love this box, but as a customer if you don’t address our complaints at all, the least in a timely manner, we go elsewhere.

I love that cover-up. I lost my in Fort Lauderdale last summer and bought another box just to get it again. If it helps anyone, I like the eye cream, although advertising gold flecks is an exaggeration. There were a tiny few on the top when I opened it, but none that are visible mixed in. Not sure if that’s how it is supposed to be, but I still love it. The bangles are cute, the clutch is stiff but ok (I’llprobably never use it), the floral scarf I super love. The pink stone thing I don’t use. I tried it, but I don’t quite get it. I still think this is a good deal though.
