Gudetama Sweets Plushie - Retail Value $14.74

I really adore this lazy egg. Gudetama is basically me when I am tired, hungry, or it is Sunday. Described as Sanrio's most unmotivated character, I understand this egg on a spiritual level. This plush is him in an ice cream cone form, which is way cute. Also, he has a buttcrack. I love you Gudetama.

Kawaii Money Box - Retail Value $6.57

This little bank is meant to be stackable with others of the same shape but different designs! They make it super easy to save for different things. The building block shape is genius and cute! Thankfully, the bottom has removable stoppers, so you can access your riches without smashing this bank like you would an old school piggy bank.

Kirby Mini Pouch - Retail Value $4.06

Kirby was a fixture of my childhood, so I really like this see-through pouch for the memories it brings back. It is the perfect size to stash your coins in for your car or purse. Paying tolls just got much cuter!

Cute Pet Ec Bag - Retail Value $5.32

I love a foldable eco bag and though this is a smaller bag, it is perfect for the farmer's market or a quick stop at Trader Joe's. It is also covered in adorable Shiba Inus on a pretty aqua background. It easily folds up into itself to form a super stashable pouch that fits in my glovebox without taking up much room.

YumeTwins February 2019 testy straw YumeTwins February 2019 twisty straw detail

My Melody Sanrio Straw – Retail Value $3.06

I used to have a ton of these crazy twisty straws as a kid and this super adorable My Melody shaped one really makes me smile with nostalgia! Sipping my favorite tea (or, fine, wine) through it and blowing bubbles makes me feel like a kid again.

Kawaii Pen Clip - Retail Value $4.06

Our final item is another Kirby one! This cute little pen or pencil accessory expands to fit a variety of different writing tools. It is a great way to make office work more fun and more kawaii.

Verdict: This month’s YumeTwins box was filled with cuties both new and nostalgic. I loved that my bae Gudetama made an appearance and really appreciated the functional items like the eco bag, coin pouch, and bank. For a kawaii enthusiast, this box is a dream! It has a retail value of $37.83, which really isn't much more than the $35 cost, but it is well curated and is an excellent package to get in the mail if you or someone you know loves cute surprises!

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? No, but you have until March 31st to order the March box (check out the most recent spoilers here).

I love natural/vegan beauty products, Korean skincare, unique jewelry, and weird candies from far away places. When I am not waiting for my next exciting box you can find me painting or taking photographs of interesting people. I never leave home without pug hair somewhere on my shirt and a bold lipstick on my smile.
