STILL waiting for my April loot wear and risky business and it’s now August! I have two more crates pending Which say September.

Wouldn’t be surprised if the company folds.

Ditto pal. Still waiting on my April wear and it’s now September. I emailed them recently (to give them no late shipping excuses) and got told sorry we’re moving so everything’s delayed. here’s to hoping I’ll get a t shirt within 6 MONTHS of ordering it but i’m not hopeful

I bought a 6 month subscription to Loot Undies as a Christmas gift on December 14th and I have yet to receive a single thing from them. This is truly ridiculous! I’m about to just give up. They are not helpful at all. ***buyer beware*** This is a horrible company.

Fortunately we are only waiting on March/April boxes but the real issue is that Loot Crate has bit off WAY more then they could chew and are even now CONTINUING to do so. When it was just ONE subscription box, being what is now the “Core Crate” the items were of good quality, the shipping was on time & the customer service was satisfactory…THEN, they began adding multiple Crate/item options and are STILL launching new crates. THIS was their downfall. LevelUp (LootWear) should have been the only expansion (if any) but INSTEAD they added Loot Crate DX, Loot Gaming, Wizarding World, FallOut, FireFly, Star Trek, Star Wars, LootAnime, WWE, MLB, LootSports, LootFright & these are ALL complete train wrecks that have been poorly executed. ON TOP OF ALL THAT, Loot Crate has burned bridges with a LOT of distributors, shipping partners, printing companies, etc. The item quality has COMPLETELY tanked, PLUS they are being taken to court by FUNKO & several others. They have had a NUMBER of price increases while including REPEAT items in their crates as well as TERRIBLE in-house exclusives that are poorly made, BARELY licensed products all in a stint to lower cost & quality but again, while RAISING subscription costs. The number of items has gone from 6-8 items to 4-6 to now being LUCKY if you get 4 items you haven’t gotten before. If LootCrate would JUST dial it back to 1 or 2 crates, find & stick with a few partner companies (distribution, printing, product licensing, etc) and maybe even rebuild relationships with some of the brands that drew people to LootCrate from the beginning..it is POSSIBLE that they could come back from the brink of destruction but they won’t. They are just barely keeping appearances & sooner than later, the company WILL fall and when that happens, a LOT of people are going to eat that cost. I suggest that If you REALLY want something from LootCrate then wait until near the END of the cycle & use one of the promo codes they put out ranging from 30-50% off and DO NOT sign up for ANYTHING over 1 month. Then immediately after you subscribe, go in & cancel so you can repeat this method the following month without having to worry about an automatic billing. It really is a shame what LootCrate has evolved into but I’m afraid we are at a point of no return….

I don’t mind if the boxes are late. I have multiple subs and have for years and I always get everything eventually. I think the boxes are worth it and people are to used to instant gratification

An item that is expected in April but not shipping til may 30 isn’t a lack of instant gratification…. Its ridiculous!

It’s no way to run a business! I reported them to the Better Business Bureaus and they gave me the same BS scripted response that I’ve been getting for so long now. I did monthly, but had I not cancelled when I did, they would have charged me 4 more times before receiving a single product Fingers crossed I’ll get my Christmas socks by Independence Day!

i barely subscribed for the 3 month subcriptions for both the loot wearables and the loot tee’s and 1 month subcription for the lootcrate. it’s my first time seeing their website and i’m a bit nervous and axious.. because i hope they don’t delay my crates..

They have changed their shipping supplier from Asendia, so they shouldn’t have any more delays as late as the October Crate, which I still haven’t received. However, I subscribed for a 12 month risky business bundle and have currently only received 2.5 out of the 8, so I would definitely take that into consideration. I don’t know if that helps.

Yessss! Excited about the loot Socks!!

Are they serious? I’m still waiting for the December loot undies which I still don’t even know what they’re going to look like and were supposed to be a Christmas gift.

Heather Paulson

Me too. I dont know if they are shipping all the back logged undies at once or what. No updates in a month and the updates are minimal on the information they provide.

I don’t get any updates????

Whovian507

I’m still waiting for the October Crate, I don’t know if anyone else is?

I’m still waiting for December’s Loot Sock and Wearables bundle and I haven’t received February’s bundle yet either. I like their products but will not be renewing my subscription when it expires, this is no way to run a business.
