I bit on this offer and have received shipping notification for two of the three past box pieces – I like them both, so whew! I’m fairly sure the actual and retail value are inflated, but I was pleased to see that the bracelet I am getting has real lapis lazuli cabochons. Hopeful I will like the pieces I get in the three-month sub I treated myself to for my birthday!

I ordered their first $20 deal and started a monthly sub with a referral link and do not have any shipping confirmation yet for either. A little worrying but it’s still early.

I signed up for clip and they sent pierced anyway.
They did, finally, after over a month send me clip replacements. But customer service (while very sweet) seems totally at odds with themselves! Lots of explaining things over and over.
I ordered five pieces from their sale on March 7 and still dont have shipping info. They charged me on the 7 so another week from now and I’ll open a dispute with PayPal.
They have some cute pieces, the quality is just about worth $25/piece DEFINITELY not the listed RV or even $50 which they sell past boxes for. But I dont think I’d recommend the company to anyone.
