Bespoke Post 'Knotted' Review

Bespoke Post always sends a little card to go along with the box theme. They also provided a card with a nice incentive for referring a friend.

The Knotted box comes with three ties and this card provides some styling tips and a reminder that they are dry-clean only. I purchased this box a few years ago for my husband and we loved the quality and style of the ties so when I saw that this box was available again, it was an easy yes!

We actually got to select the three ties we received from a selection of about fourteen and luckily my husband let me help him pick! At the time, a few options were already sold out, but it was still not an easy choice since there were so many great ones.

Gilded Age Slim Necktie in Navy-Green Stripe

Our first choice was this blue and green striped tie. My husband has to wear ties to work frequently and it's hard to find nice ties that are stylish, but also neutral enough to look professional. We both really liked the green in this one and I love that it has a nice lime green accent on the tipping (yes, I googled 'necktie anatomy')! These ties are all slim fit, but they are not super skinny ties by any means. They are just a tad skinnier than a regular tie at about 2.5" wide. They feature the Gilded Age label and a keeper loop on the back to keep your tie looking nice and crisp. This tie is a 54/56 polyester/cotton blend and it has a bit of texture to the fabric that almost gives the navy blue a denim effect.

Gilded Age Slim Necktie in Blue Space Dye

This tie appealed to me right away because of this beautiful blue color! I knew it would look great with a few of my husband's suits and he agreed. I always love the look of space dye and this one is really nice in person. It is coming across a bit darker in the photos, but it is actually more of a light blue with bits of darker blue and white. The blend of colors give it a bit of a textured look, but the tie itself is smooth and sleek looking. I love that nice coral tipping on the back because it's just a fun surprise pop of color! This tie is made from a 67/33 cotton/polyester blend.

Gilded Age Slim Necktie in White Blue Textured Stripe (Currently sold out.)

This last tie has sort of a vintage beach-washed look to it that I love! The stripes and textures are so interesting and again, this one is a bit lighter in person and even though it looks a bit gray at times and the white looks a bit like a cream color, it really is just medium blue and white stripes that are interwoven to give it that appearance. This tie has a navy blue tipping on the back, so it's not as exciting as the other two, but it goes nicely with the tie and it shows how nicely this one will look with his navy blue suit! This tie is a 55/45 linen/cotton blend.

Ezra Arthur Stainless Steel Tie Bar

To go with our brand new ties, we also received this stainless steel tie bar. I think the stainless steel color goes with just about any tie, but it looks especially great with all the blue we have in our choices. It is nice and slim and very sleek looking, so it goes perfectly with the slim style of our neckties. It seems to be a nice quality tie bar and it is actually super hard to open at first, but they said it should loosen up a bit after a while. This will be a nice accent the next time my husband has to wear a tie!

Here is my husband modeling the navy blue and green tie.

Verdict: This Bespoke Post box is one that I would purchase again and again! My husband and I really like the styles that they offer and we definitely appreciate the quality of the ties. The first set we received was about two years ago and they are all still in great shape after a good amount of use. Honestly, I really dislike when my husband asks my opinion on ties in the store because the styles just don't appeal to me and they are so expensive for what they are, but I certainly enjoyed being able to help him pick these out this month! Unfortunately, I wasn't able to locate the retail value of any of the items we received, but at $45 for this box, that values the three ties and the tie bar at about $11.25 each. I don't have much experience purchasing tie bars, but I know that is a great deal for such high-quality ties that are both stylish and professional looking!

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Yes, although a few of the tie styles are currently sold out!

Value Breakdown: At $45.00 for this box for four items, you are paying approximately $11.25 for each.

I love learning about new brands and sharing the great things I find with others in hopes that they find something new to love or to fit their needs!
