Included this month was a cute postcard and another card with a list of all the masks in this month's box.

Now on to the masks!

Facetory Seven Lux February 2019 ace of face mask Facetory Seven Lux February 2019 ace of fask mask back

FaceTory Ace that Face Collagen Mask - Listed Value $4.00

Honestly, this mask was a little boring. It has a pretty standard clear serum, virtually no scent, and a mask that fit ok. It was hydrating, but I just wish it had had something more to mention here besides the mushroom extract in the formula. My skin did look bright and plump after using, I just need a little more to get excited.

Facetory Seven Lux February 2019 synergy mask Facetory Seven Lux February 2019 synergy mask back

Medius Ampoule Synergy Mask - Moisture Plus (Two Step Mask) - Listed Value $4.00

A multi-step mask is usually included in this sub each month. The first step was an exfoliating pad that you rub all over your face before masking. The followup mask had an airy scent that was very clean. The serum was light and hydrating, though it did leave a little bit of stickiness behind. It disappeared after I applied a night cream.

Facetory Seven Lux February 2019 oil mask Facetory Seven Lux February 2019 oil mask back

Lapcos Skin First Oil Wrap Mask in Chamomile - Retail Value $5.00

This was one of the masks I was most excited about this month, but I was underwhelmed. From the text on the outside, I thought this might literally be an oil mask, which would be a first! I love face oils so I was totally in. Sadly this barely scented mask was just a normal clear serum which did hydrate my skin, but that was it. The mask also fit my face really poorly. Womp, Womp.

Facetory Seven Lux February 2019 herb velvet mask Facetory Seven Lux February 2019 herb velvet mask back

Dr. Althea Herb Therapy Velvet Mask - Retail Value $4.00

This mild, herbal scented mask had the prettiest packaging! It was super hydrating and reduced the redness on my face. I liked the serum because it was watery and not sticky at all, but the mask itself didn't fit well at all. It had green tea extract, which is one of my favorite skin calming ingredients!

Facetory Seven Lux February 2019 petit mask Facetory Seven Lux February 2019 petit mask back

23 Years Old Cocktail Velvet Petit Mask - Listed Value $5.00

This weird and wonderful mask smells sweet and botanical. It has a white milky serum that feels so velvety! My skin really loved this mask and my face was so dewy and soft after removal. It had no stickiness and the mask actually fit my face really well! This might be my top pick this month.

Facetory Seven Lux February 2019 wasabi mask Facetory Seven Lux February 2019 wasabi mask back

Miss Yong Real Secret Nude Quick Moisturizing Wasabi Mask - Listed Value $4.00

This mask had some of the thickest gel serum I have ever used! It actually didn't stick to the mask well, though I smoothed it on top of the mask and patted it down into my skin, which worked well. The scent was heavier and nice, smelling like lavender and herbs. The eye holes were larger than usual, which made me very happy! Even though wasabi is in the ingredients, this mask did not burn or have any real spicy notes. My skin was glowing after this one!

Facetory Seven Lux February 2019 panda mask Facetory Seven Lux February 2019 panda mask back

Goo n' Tao Beaute L'Affair Panda Mask - Listed Value $3.50

This mask had a really lovely soft floral scent and a clear serum. No stickiness was left behind on my skin, and my face looked visibly brighter and less red.

Verdict: Facetory had some hits and some misses for me this round. I really liked the Dr. Althea, the 23 Years Old, and the Miss Yong. I was less impressed with the GooTao, Lapcos, and the Facetory option. I like this subscription because I get to try out tons of hard to find sheet masks, and inevitably, there are some I like more than others. At the end of the day, each one of them did make my face more hydrated, even if some of them were a little dull this time!

I love natural/vegan beauty products, Korean skincare, unique jewelry, and weird candies from far away places. When I am not waiting for my next exciting box you can find me painting or taking photographs of interesting people. I never leave home without pug hair somewhere on my shirt and a bold lipstick on my smile.

I haven’t had a chance to try any of my February masks yet, but it seems I always find enough masks I like in the box to keep me thrilled with Facetory. My daughters also love to raid my stash when it gets to be a bit much, so something tells me I won’t be cancelling this one anytime soon!

Great review Megan, thank you!

As often as I have tried to get my husband to mask with me, he still resists! More for me I guess. 🙂

Speaking of antlers, the Goo&Tao has velvet extract as an ingredient. It’s a fun one to look up!
