I’ve had service issues with this box, but they’ve all been resolved promptly.
My major issue is with quality.
The stone fell out of my Helles ring after wearing it just 4 times. My husband had to glue it back together for me.
Another of the rings shocked me by turning my finger green! I don’t expect that experience with high quality jewelry.
I also have major discoloration on the metal of one of the rings.
The problem is with durability. This is Claire’s quality jewelry, not “fine French designer” jewelry.

To be fair, it’s just gold plated on brass. Meaning the plating can wear off quickly despite good care. But I do agree their RV can be overpriced. For example, the Jan box cited a RV of 80(?) but when you compare it to the actual creator’s website it’s 80 because it is goldplated on sterling silver whereas the one received in the box is goldplated on brass.

I have, like Chloe, have had some CS issues with this one. When I was subscribed, I didn’t have any issues getting my boxes. But then I realized it was a much better option to just wait for the 1/2 off sales, so I could pick and choose what I wanted and not end up with things I don’t want. In the 4 times I’ve purchased, I’ve had 4 different experiences! Once everything arrived as expected. Another time, nothing arrived, and after several emails and promises to send, they ended up refunding me in full about 6 weeks later…but a month after that one item (out of an order of 4) randomly appeared in my mailbox. Once I received a package from them addressed to my address, but with the name of a completely different person (not my name!) on it…and not my order. (They told me to keep what they mistakenly sent, and sent me my correct order.) And then once I received my items…and then several weeks later received them again! The impression I get is that they’re well intentioned but not super well organized. I really like their jewelry (at the 1/2 off prices!) and they’ve always in the end made good on their issues, so I’ve resigned myself to the fact that there may be issues, place my sale orders, and cross my fingers! 🙂

BUYER BEWARE! I never received my box and got the run a round by this company. After waiting patiently, I emailed and was told it was lost in the mail. I was told that a new box was being sent THAT DAY. After days of not receiving a tracking email or it showing up on my USPS tracking, I got frustrated and canceled. I tried to check in again and was basically told USPS lost my box and that I can make a claim? This is not only problematic from a customer service perspective, but furthermore, the original USPS tracking never showed the package was accepted by USPS. Apparently the second box was never sent as promised either. It took way too many emails back and forth with their customer service to even get a refund. I sub to a lot of boxes and this was the biggest disappointment and worst waste of my time!
