Vine Oh! “Oh! La La!” Winter 2019 Review
The branding and items included in this box are fabulous! I love the cards that detail all of the included items and their value. Most of the cards also include an exclusive coupon code for additional saving on these great brands.
There is a card for each item, as well as an overview card with total box value enclosed in the Oh! envelope.
Now onto the items – starting with the wines!
The wines included in the box are custom made for Vine Oh! and if you like a bottle and want more, you can buy them at the Vine Oh! shop. You have the option of either two sweets, two whites, two reds, or a mix. I selected the “mix” and received a bottle of Pinot Noir and a bottle of Chenin Blanc.
2017 Mad Love Chenin Blanc South Africa – Retail Value $24.00 (found here for $17.00)
Mad Love South African Chenin Blanc is a refreshing, smooth white wine with tastes of yellow apple, pear, and melon combined with aromas of honeysuckle and jasmine. Our Chenin Blanc wine is the ultimate refreshing Mad Love experience.
This wine is a big hit for me and my taste preferences. I love a drier white, which is just what this delivered. I found it crisp and fresh, and how amazing is this label for Valentine’s Day?
2017 New Crush California Pinot Noir – Retail Value $22.00
This is an expressive Pinot Noir wine aromatically, with lychee, cranberry, cola, raspberry, red cherries abounding hints of cinnamon and clove, wildflower honey, and cacao. Flavors of red fruits including pomegranate are accented by wisps of cedar and a hint of leather. This wine has a bright, food-friendly profile.
This wine is a rich, deep, traditional pinot noir. With jammy front notes, and a heavy cedar finish. I found it balanced and hearty, something that could hold up to a stew or beef dish.
Now that my wine is poured, time to dig into the lifestyle items!
Cuccio Somatology "Yogahhh! Detox Bath" (16 oz.) – Retail Value $39.95

It's also a time for you to press reset on your mind. A bath is a perfect time to find a deeper connection with yourself, meditate and release stress from your day. We created a bath experience made with natural Eucalyptus oil, Greek Mastiha, Mediterranean Sea Salts + Goji Berry Extract. This is a bath experience you won't want to miss.
This soak made me feel amazing, I’ve been struggling with back pain and I loved the almost mentholated, refreshing aroma that this bath salt packs and found it quite soothing to my sore muscles. I think it’s great that a full size was sent, I’d estimate that depending on how much salt you add to your bath, you should be able to get 4-6 quality soaks from this resealable pouch!
Jules Smith Circle Hoop Earrings (Gold) – Retail Value $40.00 (Found here for $28.00)
Designed with movement in mind, these hoop earrings are a chic alternative to the classic hoop. The double hoop adds an extra element of style. The hollow design makes them unexpectedly lightweight, although oversized.
I love these hoops! I typically don’t wear large hoops, so I don’t really have anything like this in my well-established jewelry collection. These very lightweight hoops measure about 2 ¼" in length and 1 ¾" in width. They are 14k gold plated, are easy to wear and make me feel glamorous.
Pink Stemless Champagne Flute, More Mimosa (Set of 2) – Retail Value $30.00
These Plum and Punch toasting flutes are perfection! Subscribers may not receive these exact flutes, as the card indicates that styles may vary and the image on the card is of the “cheers” flute. I’m excited about the style that I got, as I’m a huge Mimosa fan and promise to give these flutes a good home and some hearty usage. They are pink tinted and feature a rose gold foil decal – because of the foil, they are hand wash only. They measure about 7” tall and hold 9 oz. of your favorite sparkling (or any) drink!
Emily Bordner Tassel – Listed Value $9.00
I’m in love with this tassel! Although I couldn’t find it for sale on Emily Bordner’s site, I was able to find several other items that I adore and am excited that this box included a 15% off coupon code to put towards a bag to clip this tassel onto! This leather tassel measures about 3" in length and is hot pink with gold metal accents. You may receive a different color (both white and light pink are show on the info card). I think for a $9.00 listed value, this is actually a really fairly priced quality piece – by the time the sunsets today, it will be clipped onto my car keys!
Bizz and Weezy Confections Artisan Chocolates (4-count) – Listed Value $9.00
Yum! These artisan chocolates come in a variety of flavors, assortments, and giftable packages in the Bizz and Weezy website. In the 4-pack included, I received one each of the salted caramel, lavender, baileys, and espresso flavors. This confectioner is based in Kansas City, MO. Not only are they beautiful, but I'm also happy to report that they are delicious as well! My favorite was the salted caramel, but my arm certainly wasn’t twisted to sample all of them! Each of them had a chewy caramel center and were tinged by the flavors listed above.
The Verdict: I think this is an amazing wine + lifestyle box and I definitely feel that the value is there! If you have room in your life, and budget, for another quarterly lifestyle box I think this is a great one to add to your shortlist. I also think because there is such a variety of items, it's a perfect box to gift to someone else.
This 59.99 box advertises a value of at least $120, and I calculated $174 in retail & listed prices – significantly over-delivering their committed value. Well done VineOh!
