I’m looking forward to getting my second box. The December box was amazing. We got a Suva palette in that one too that was highly pigmented and smelled great! The only improvement would be to include shipping like the big leaguers of Ipsy and Boxy. If they keep it up with quality boxes they will get to the majors too. (So add that free shipping Tribe! 😉

Now let’s see if MSA censors my comment again.

What a gorgeous palette!!!!! I’m so excited for my Tribe Beauty box, I’ve heard amazing things about SUVA shadows.

Swatches look like stickers (to me). Lol. But the comments posted made me lol:-) Hideous palette, reminds me of the Laura Lee electric palette, and the UD electric palette has been on clearance forever. Its a hard sale, looks like another clearanced palette. I’ve been wanting to try a Tribe sub, but the products they’ve been packing haven’t been appealing to me at all esp with the higher price tag + shipping on top of it, how can Tribe compete with the other subs?

Beautifullycreated

They are not stickers that’s a professional swatcher and suva really is that good. Have you seen the live swatches? The Laura lee palette was crap and came from boxy. Finally getting color and of course theres gonna be people who hate it but dont knock it till you try the palette. Tribe is an awesome subscription box in my opinion.

Laura Lee’s palette was garbage! Chalky and poorly pigmented compared to Suva’s quality. The fact you think the palette is “hideous” tells me that maybe you just don’t like them colorful? Because this palette is beautiful and a breath of fresh air to anyone who has a thousand warm, neutral palettes in their collection already from other sub boxes. Tribe is amazing, I am just sorry you don’t see that.

These comments are so funny lol. I double checked Suva’s instagram and Tribe clearly just took swatch pictures from them. You can even see that the swatcher tagged their name on the image. It’s clearly not photoshop if Suva posted it.
I don’t even get Tribe until I joined the waitlist for this box but this is OBVIOUSLY not like Laura Lee. This is clearly a reach lol. You’d be insulting Suva to compare them.
And no … the palette isn’t on clearance. A quick search to Suva’s website would prove that 😉 I’d much rather this than the boring orange palette Boxy sends. At least Tribe is evolving ….

Yea, I reached out to Bili yesterday after I saw all the negative comments posted here. I’m glad MSA approved her comment so she could be heard. I am excited for this palette and grateful for all the hard work that Tribe puts in to their boxes. People are always comparing them to Boxycharm, but it’s not a really fair comparison. Tribe is only about a year old and doesn’t have nearly the buying capacity (yet) to negotiate deals like Boxy does. Where Tribe really shines is their customer service! How many boxes do you sub to that the CEO actually takes the time to respond to individual comments and pm’s? I’ll give you a second to think about that….None of them? Well Tribe does…Bili is consistently active in the FB forums and listens to feedback from her subscribers. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE my Boxycharm, but I also really love the “Mom and Pop shop” feel of Tribe. I wish more of you would appreciate that instead of the consistently posting harsh comments towards this box.

Sara

Oh my god THANK YOU!!! *High freaking five* So glad someone else said it.

Shari

I think you gals are right these swatches are photo-shopped. It is easy to tell.

Suva makes excellent quality eyeshadows and I know this palette is of the same excellent quality. I very much look forward to receiving it when I get my box because I have been wanting this palette since it released! It is seriously about time we got a colorful, good quality eyeshadow palette because warms and neutrals are just way overdone and I have enough to last a lifetime! BRAVO TRIBE!!! Can’t wait to see what else is in the box!

TRIBE BEAUTY BOX

Hi everyone.

Thanks for your comments.

The swatches and content used in advertising this palette were taken directly from Suva Beauty’s instagram page. The only content we created is the picture of the palette itself.

These swatches are neither “fake” nor “photoshopped” by ourselves, Suva Beauty or the content creators who are tagged in the images.

Please remember that both these swatches were not created by the same person and lighting, contrast and brightness come into play.

We’ve posted videos of these swatches that show it’s amazing pigment, to which we have received amazing feedback and excitement.

We hope you are able to use this palette for yourself and create a ton of amazing looks!

The problem with the completely fake swatches isn’t just that it makes Tribe look shady (although it does). It makes anyone with no experience with SUVA question the quality of the product. One might ask, if the shadows have plenty of pigment, why the need for fake swatches?

Sara

You know that Tribe did not create these swatches right? Pink4passions did and it clearly says so on the image. She has a ton of pics of insane swatches on her IG so no I don’t think it’s fake at all. She’s just that good at doing them it looks like.

SUVA has great swatches for this palette so Idk why Tribe used these.

Thank you!! I didn’t want to be the first one to call shenanigans on those swatches, but they are so obviously photoshopped. On both arms, it looks like paint. Google the palette, and in the images you can actually find swatches that look like actual eyeshadow. B to the S

Hi Linda, thanks for your comment.

These swatches are not photoshopped and all content we’ve used in regards to advertising the Suva Palette were taken directly from Suva’s Instagram account. Please feel free to browse through their feed and compare the content.
Suva Beauty would never permit us to alter their images because it would be a bad representation of their amazing product. We would never do that either to mislead our subscribers or jeopardize the amazing relationships we have with our brands.
Lastly, the swatcher is marked on the image. (We did not create these swatches)

Thank you!

ummm wtf they 100% photoshopped those swatches on the poc. Not ok!!!

Linda

Those swatches are Photoshopped.

JustJese

Is any one else side eyeing the swatches represented here? How can the yellow and white look super pigmented and true to color on the POC and then washed out with visible hints of sparkle on the non-POC? I’d expect the opposite. The shape of the swatch should not affect the color payoff…

Mandy

I agree, I don’t see how the ones on the left are true swatches. Some of the colors don’t even look the same, bbq looks like two different colors.
