The inside of the pamphlet provides a description of each product, a link to the product’s website, the cost of the item and a coupon code if available. The outside of the pamphlet provides links to TheraBox social media sites, an FAQ and offers ways to get free boxes and bonus gifts.

This spray smells amazing and truly invokes a sense of calm and relaxation.
The Happy Shoppe Ceramic Aromatherapy Diffuser – Listed Value $20.00
There are so many great benefits to aromatherapy including the ability to reduce anxiety, bring peace and calm, ease depression, boost energy, and even improve memory! This modern aromatherapy diffuser can be used to diffuse oils and wax melts to fill your space with the perfect calming scent. The diffuser is simplistic in its function and design and a did a great job diffusing the wax melts included in this month's box.
Luxe Sugar Mama Mint Buttercream Cupcakes Wax Melts – Retail Value $4
These wax melts are very fragrant and smell delicious. When diffused in the ceramic diffuser included in this month's box, the fragrance carried further than expected to fill my living room with a sweet candy shop scent.
Z Skin Age Defying Extreme Moisturizer, 2oz – Retail Value $19.00 (found on sale here for $17.00)
I've come to really appreciate the Z Skin brand. Their products are organic and they use powerful and healing oils from around the world. This extreme moisturizer smells yummy and is great for really dry skin. The winter months tend to leave my skin ashy and this moisturizer took the ash away! It's thick and doesn't spread far so I needed to use more product than I would expect. This definitely needs to come in a larger size!
Naturally Vain Coffee Lib Scrub – Listed Value $6.00
Our lips, much like the rest of our skin, can get dry in the winter. This coffee lib scrub exfoliates for smooth kissable lips. It smells good but the coffee grinds can be a little rough. I wouldn't use it on severely chapped lips. For me, the texture was just right and left my lips super soft.
Breezy Quarters No Melt Lip Balm – Retail Value $5.00
This coffee scented lip balm is the perfect follow-up to the lip scrub included in this month's box. The subtle coffee scent is pleasant and this lip balm has staying power. It also doesn't melt in the heat which is pretty awesome.
Mystical Blossoms Breathe Botanical Face Steam – Retail Value $8.00
It only takes five minutes to enjoy this relaxing and delightfully scented face steam containing nine herbs including some of my favorites like lavender, rosemary, chamomile, and eucalyptus. Relax and breath in this peaceful herbal blend which promises to soften skin, open pores and release impurities. This is also a perfect way to prep your skin for further treatment like the mask included in this month’s box.
Purederm Silver Galaxy Peel Off Face Mask – Listed Value $5.00 (found here for $3.90)
On first glance, I thought this was a sheet mask but it’s way cooler! This shimmering mask contains silver, pearl extract, and vitamin C. It claims to remove dead skin cells and brighten dull skin. The pouch includes just the right amount of product. Apply to your face, let the mask dry, and slowly peel the mask off. It's like a pore strip for your entire face! I really liked it.
Elements Truffles Turmeric Infused Dark Hot Chocolate – Retail Value $12.00
This hot chocolate is such a treat and so delicious. Made with only 4 ingredients, all raw, organic and fair trade, this is a sweet treat from a company with a great mission. I made the hot chocolate per the instructions and added a little bit of heavy whipping cream. It was delicious but a very tiny portion. Elements call the portions "small, dense and decadent" and that's a spot-on description.
The Verdict: This is such a great box and I really enjoyed it. It contained a wide variety of items from the experiences (like the letting go activity, gratitude course, and yoga classes) to full-size quality products (like the moisturizer, lip and face treatments) alongside relaxing aromatherapy items (including the angel spray, diffuser and wax melts) and was topped off with a sweet treat. What more could we ask for? This box is perfect for relaxing, unwinding, and finding peace of mind. My favorite products are the angel rejuvenation spray, yoga classes, and hot chocolate. This month's estimated retail value is $152.32 making this box a really amazing deal considering the $40.94 price ($34.99 + $5.95 shipping).
