M100 Multi-Tool by Tactica - Retail Value $39.95

A good multi-tool is always something to keep close! This one has 18+ tools and is TSA compliant. It has both a light duty and heavy duty socket, two interchangeable hex bits, storage for the bits, a universal wrench, mini ruler, bottle opener, and more! It would easily attach to a keychain for easy on the go usage.

1TAC Emergency Blanket - Retail Value $9.99

These small emergency blankets are cheap, easy to store, and super effective, making them a must have for your car. There is really no excuse to not have at least one of these stashed away in your glove box, especially if you live in a place that gets cold winters. You never know when you might get stranded on the road due to any number of out of control issues. A blanket like this will help you conserve more of your body heat long after your car may have run out of gas waiting for help. They are also handy to take on backpacking trips if you might end up unintentionally wet or in need of extra heat during a cold night.

Wilderness Survival Card 2.0 by Ready Man - Retail Value $12.99

Via Ready Man, this card has the following items:

  • Fishhooks (x9)
  • Arrows (x5)
  • Snare locks (x4)
  • Awl (x1)
  • Sewing Needles (x2)
  • Saw blades (x3)
  • Tweezers (x1 - on the right-hand edge)

Whaaaaat! That is a ton of survival tool goodness. This card also fits into your wallet or your mini Altoids survival tin kit. I honestly can't get over the little fish hooks!

Verdict: I am absolutely loving these multi-tool pieces Nomadik sent us this month! When Will and I go camping we always try to take the minimum of tools with us and these will absolutely lighten the load. I have stashed the emergency blanket in his truck because he previously gave me his, so now I feel great knowing if he ever needs warmth he has it within arms reach. The total retail value this month was $62.93 which is a good value for a $33 box with such useful contents.

I love natural/vegan beauty products, Korean skincare, unique jewelry, and weird candies from far away places. When I am not waiting for my next exciting box you can find me painting or taking photographs of interesting people. I never leave home without pug hair somewhere on my shirt and a bold lipstick on my smile.

The emergency blanket seems grossly overpriced. Amazon sells between 4to 6 of the Blake’s for the price listed above for one!

I would agree and would likely purchase less expensive ones myself, but I have to try and link to the same product if possible! There are absolutely better prices on these out there though for sure.
