These are the questions from the Style Profile that you fill out when you set up your account. They also ask for your Instagram name which is how they track which earrings you comment on and like so they can possibly include them in a future box.
This is the card that was included in the box to describe which style of earrings I received. This month I received some Simple & Sleek and Classic Beauty earrings. I asked specifically for Classic Beauty and a simple silver pair for this month. I love that I am able to request what I'd like to see each month, but am still surprised!

These cute studs are totally my style with their sleek and simple look (although these could very well be a classic beauty style, too!). I have been wearing gold and rose gold almost exclusively for the past year, but I do have some silver necklaces that I like to wear on occasion and was in need of a basic pair of earrings that I could wear them with. These definitely fit the bill! The profile is super low and the size is just right to add a little something without drawing too much attention. It's difficult to see in the photos, but the center is this nice iridescent white shell that adds just a bit of shimmer.
So tiny and cute! The perfect accent for any outfit when I'm in the mood for silver jewelry.

These earrings I feel kind of meh about. They are definitely what I asked for and are not too far outside of my comfort zone, but I just am not super crazy about them. The style is very simple and classic and I will definitely get a lot of use out of them because they are so simple and versatile, but they almost feel a bit boring to me for some reason. I think maybe if the bottom had more of a hammered look that I'd like them more.
Here they are on. Looking at them again, I'm thinking maybe it's just that I don't like the way the two pieces connect? They still look cute on and are another pair I can wear with almost anything, so I'm still happy with them!
This is the feedback form that you fill out once you receive your earrings. I like that they ask you what you would like to see next time. It makes it so easy to change up your style preferences for the next month or to request something specific! I have not had a month yet where my requests weren't taken into consideration.
The Verdict: This month was a pretty decent selection from HangSquad.While I wasn't super excited about the second pair, they are still incredibly practical and will be easy to add to any outfit to dress it up. As for the studs, they are perfect for everyday wear if I want a silver accent! I love that they always give me exactly what I ask for, yet it is still a surprise to see what I receive each month. This subscription is so much fun and a great way to freshen up your jewelry collection a little at a time. It feels like such a great value to receive two cute pairs of earrings personally chosen for me each month for only $22 including shipping!
