Has anyone heard anything about a refund? This company is absolutely annoying and frustrating

I truly don’t understand how this company is still in business.

So basically you signed up in November of 2017, got 2 very late crates (not the 6 you were owed AND billed for) and now its cancelled. Brilliant. Another LootCrate disaster.

This has been the worst and most disappointing experience. I cancelled all my crates with them because of this experience. Horrible customer service, no communication, not to mention it was a gift and reflects poorly on me and the company. The Fallout crate was great, but I cancelled that as well. They should never have taken this on if they weren’t prepared to fulfill it. 3 crates in a 14 months is ridiculous. We should have had 6 plus a bonus for subbing for the full year. I will never do business with them again. To top it off, I didn’t even receive this notification. Thankfully I subscribe to MSA.

Why do people who know that they are in the wrong always say that they apologize “for any inconvenience” that MAY HAVE been caused? Why can’t they man up and say that they apologize “for the inconvenience”?

Because it’s not sincere. They have my cash, and now I’m screwed!

Why do I have a feeling ALL of their crates are going this route. Every. Single. One. has had issues. Remind anyone of Nerdblock? Late items…etc etc etc…..Makes me glad I cancelled my Harry Potter box when I did.

I cancelled my Harry Potter box but they still charged me for it! Now I am waiting for the reply to my refund request. Doubtful I will hear anything.

Firefly crate was/is the same. I cancelled early last year and glad I did. They are still boxes behind and sent 2 boxes of random useless items from their Vault as an “apology”. Other than some (repeat from older boxes) stickers, I believe nothing is Firefly-related. Some are getting duplicate items between the boxes. And these aren’t “sorry we messed up” crates…these are REPLACEMENT crates for those missing. I would be so ticked. Poor subscribers are being asked to send back the useless bogus items in order to get a credit…I believe on a future box. I’d be filing a credit card chargeback pronto. How is this company still in business?

Both crate lines were partnership with Qmx , wonder if it is not bad companies on both side. Look at what happened to the Firefly Online game
