Crazy Hot Clothes November 2018 - Thank You Card

Crazy Hot Clothes November 2018 - leopard Print Greeting Card

I love the leopard print greeting card, DUH!

Crazy Hot Clothes November 2018 - Handwritten Card

There isn’t a traditional information card or invoice included with the subscription box; you get a personalized handwritten card with styling suggestions instead. I love all the styling tips Nicole and her team included! Their selections for me are always so thoughtful too. This month’s box had two dresses included in it, one that was featured in my October review and this, the November selection. The dress I received in August Nicole mentioned did not fit me, sadly, but the September selection I reviewed fit like a dream!

Crocheted LBD

A little black dress is timeless, but this one has a Bohemian take with the crochet overlay. The underlay fabric has stretch as does the crochet overlay itself. The dress is sleeveless, which might make you think this is not an appropriate cold weather piece. Alas, with proper styling you can wear this versatile piece all year long! In the spring and summer, I can wear it with wooden Bad Sandy Candy style heels, Jackie O’ style sunglasses, and a large brimmed hat to keep me guarded against the sun.

Crazy Hot Clothes November 2018 - Leopard Faux fur Coat

One can wear it a few ways in the cooler winter months. For a brisk fall day, simply pair the dress with western style booties and a leopard faux fur coat. I am serving some Courtney Love meet Stevie Nicks realness in this ensemble, mamas!

Crazy Hot Clothes November 2018 - Black Turtleneck 5

I easily made this more winter appropriate by layering a black turtleneck underneath as well. I prefer black since it blends into the dress seamlessly, but this could look great with an olive green or rust-colored mock turtleneck or t-shirt underneath as well! As you can see, the possibilities are endless with this dress! This is definitely a valuable staple piece!

Verdict: CHC Vintage nailed it again with this perfect selection! I have casually been looking for a crochet dress recently, how did Nicole and her staff know? Maybe they are mind readers or they simply understand my style and tastes that well! I am consistently impressed with the selections I receive from CHC Vintage time and time again; not only are they thoughtful, but fantastic quality plus size vintage items! Plus size vintage can be like looking for a needle in a haystack. As much as I love the thrill of hunting for pieces in thrift stores and flea markets, I also love being able to let CHC do the dirty work for me! I can’t suggest this service enough!

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? CHC Vintage curates its boxes based on each individual’s preferences as well as what’s available. Glad I came across this review. I love vintage and thrift often for my pieces and even have a website that tells you vintage only brands so now I look for the brands on the list when I am out thrifting. I actually have a crochet dress on today with pockets and three buttons I found at Salvation for $3.00.

It said 2 dresses in your note- I’d love to see the one they said could be worn open as a duster. Love the black crochet!😀

Stacey, this box was split into two reviews becauas the one was meant for the previous month, which I mention in the review itself. October review features that dress in question. 😁

Kristin, I was sent a dress a few months back that didn’t fit so CHC ended up sending me two in one month.
