BuddhiBox was one of the first yoga lifestyle subscription boxes, and for some time now they have also been offering a yoga-inspired jewelry subscription. BuddhiBox Jewelry ships quarterly and is filled with even more of the great jewelry they sometimes include in their lifestyle box!

This is a review of the BuddhiBox Jewelry box, which is $49.95 a quarter.

Matr Boomie Hand-Carved Wood Trinket Box —Retail Value $12.00, Listed Value $20.00

Wrapped in tissue was this gorgeous little trinket box, measuring about 2" square. The Matr Boomie website indicates that it is made from sustainably sourced Indian Rosewood. I have a trinket box similar to this one which was passed down to me from my mom. The box and fittings all feel sturdy - I imagine this one will also stand the test of time!

Fluorite and Howlite Mala with Opal Pendant — Listed Value $88.00

This was my first Jewelry BuddhiBox, but it seems they always include a 108 mala necklace. I like the delicate color palette of this one, especially the purple which I've been really drawn to as of late. Fluorite - the purple and green beads towards the bottom - is said to be a stabilizing crystal, especially good for when you need a mind-body-spirit detox. This mala is about 20.5" from top to bottom, including the 1" opal.

Fluorite and Howlite Bracelet Stack — Listed Value $40.00

I have thicker wrists than some, so it can be a challenge at times to find bracelets that fit well like these do. The two color schemes really complement each other nicely. The howlite, in particular, would be super versatile. Just be careful - howlite is a soft stone so it can get scratched easily. Each bracelet when folded in half measures approximately 4".

3-Piece Crystal Set — Listed Value $16.00

Included in this box is a 3-piece balancing stone set. The stones are bloodstone to help one stay present; jasper to aid with balancing physical, mental, and emotional bodies; and milky quartz which is said to relieve emotional stress and purify negative energies. I have been feeling particularly "off" this week, so these stones may just be what I need!

Palo Santo Bundle — Listed Value $4.00

A bundle of sage or palo santo is frequently included in the BuddhiBox Jewelry box. While this one is lovely, it made somewhat of a mess and left dried bits all over the other box contents. A very minor complaint, but it would have been nice if this were packaged just a wee bit differently. It's heavenly smell more than makes up for it though.

Verdict: The pieces in this quarter's BuddhiBox Jewelry box are beautiful, although they are not quite my style. I'll likely give them to a loved one who I think will get more use out of them. I really love the trinket box, especially since it reminds me so much of the one from my mom. Using the retail and list prices provided, I added the contents up to $160.00. I feel that's a great value for a $49.95 box.

I really want to love this box but it looks incredibly cheap to me. I’d be embarrassed to go out in public wearing that stuff. The mala is just ugh – that stone or crystal or whatever it’s supposed to be looks really cheap and the RV is ridiculous.

Multiple members of my family have visited India. These items are the touristy j u n k that every market is overflowing with. The markup is unreal.
