Zen Bath Candies Phoenix Tears Bath Bomb – Retail Value $4.99
I knew that this Harry Potter-themed box would be great, but boy are we off to an amazing start – Harry Potter bath bomb! It is scented with crackling firewood, raspberries, and vanilla. While the scent is delicious, the best part is that after a few minutes of fizzing, the bath bomb sorted me into my house.
I am in Ravenclaw! That sorting hat does such a good job.
Sugar Milk Co Butterbeer Perfume, 1 oz – Retail Value $14.75
This perfume smells exactly like butterbeer! While that is a little sweet for my daily perfume wear, it would also be a great room spray while binge-watching Harry Potter movies.
Gold Feather Quill Pen – Listed Value $6
I thought this pen would just be a fun gimmick, but I was actually really happy with the fine tip writing! The ink flows freely and the quill wasn’t too uncomfortable to hold with the plastic feather.

Monogram International Harry Potter Plush Key Ring – Listed Value $7.99
I am in love with the novelty of this item—it is a sealed bag with a surprise Harry Potter plush keyring inside. Possible options included Dobby, Hermione, Hedwig, and Bellatrix Lestrange. I ended up with Harry Potter on a broom, and I love how soft and cuddly my new small friend is.
Swish & Flick Pencil Case – Listed Value $18
This box-exclusive canvas pencil case has symbols for all of the classes taught at Hogwarts! I spy a niffler from the Care of Magical Creatures, a skull from Defense Against the Dark Arts, a levitating plate from Charms, a mandrake, a bubbling cauldron, and a telescope, among others. I think this is really cute, but it feels a bit flimsy for the listed value of $18.
Geeky Girl Scents Sorting Hat Candle, 4 oz – Listed Value $10
This candle smells SO good- toasted graham cracker is such an accurate scent description, and it is delicious. I love the layered house colors, and I would believe you if you told me this was what the great hall smelled liked while the Sorting Hat did its magic before the welcome feast began.
Jelly Belly Gummy Slugs, 2.1 oz – Listed Value $2.99 (buy a 2-pack for $6.79 here)
I love that a sweet Harry Potter treat was included in the box. I found these gummies to taste a bit powdery, but I appreciate the novelty of them. I am sure they are tastier than the ones Ron had!
Bio World Alohomora Crew Socks – Listed Value $10 (found here for $7.95)
Ahhh! These socks are adorable—I am enamored with the velvet ruffle on them. These socks feature the spell Alohomora, keys, and locks, and I will be using them to keep my toes toasty as Louisiana finally thinks about cooling down.
The Verdict: I haven’t had a bad box from the Enchantment Box yet, but this month may be my all-time favorite! The surprise plush and the sorting hat bath bomb, as well as the delicious candle really makes me feel like I got a box directly from Hogwarts! As usual, the overall curation was great and I look forward to next month. Overall, I calculated a value of $74.72
